With the way about 99.9% of topics in the Romance section centers on Sex and Sex related topics which majority of them eventually make Front Page, I feel so sorry for our youths of today and generation yet unborn. What is wrong with Nairaland organizing a Short Story (fiction) competition, Poem competition, History and Event Quiz competition, IQ / knowledge based riddles. Bring more mature topics from Family, Culture, and Food sections? Anyway, as I don talk this one ban na im sure pass as they always do. What concerns a DEPENDENT boy or girl with having a relationship when majority of them can't even have a proper written and spoken communication. First and Foremost i want to categorically say LINDA IkEJI WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG FOR MAKING THIS CHARGES OF MAKEUP ARTIST AN ISSUE To every single person that condemned the charges i want to believe they are either still kids or it is poverty mentality. Everyone no matter what industry they belong have whatever right they deem fit to place any charges on their goods and services. Afterall no one has the right to complain how much linda and seun charges for you to place advert on their blog and forum respectively. You can either patronize them or go scout for a less to nothing provider. I know of top male fashion designers in Lagos who charge N150,000 for a pair of native attire and thier outlet is a sort of "mecca" and customers troop in and out every single day. There's a lounge on the Island where a plate of rice and chicken cost N6,500 while a bottle of water is N800 and yet you have to book ahead to enable you get a seat reserved because of the amount of customers that come in (That was where i first met and chatted with a former head of state of Nigeria). There are people who will never buy a wrist watch less than $8,000. on and on the list goes. Afterall the "A list entertainers" charge between N1.5million and N3million for less than 30mins performances so what are we freaking about common N200,000 a makeup artiste is charging. In my humble opinion, i think Linda Ikeji had a personal grudge with the "beauty cook" makeup artise and only want to mock her, but unfortunately she has succeeded in helping her promote her business. 40 Likes 3 Shares |

Majority of those so called "man of God" ( Ino kuku know who no be man of God for this earth abi no be God create all of us?). Majority of them are brianwashers, liars, crroks and heartless. They only use their acclaimed religious title to defraud and manipulate people. I have seen two pastors (one in Lekki another on the mainland) who harbor 419 boys in their apartment and share in their loot and well as accept 10% of whatever income the yahoo boys make on each dubious business. "Show me a man who has a conscience and i will show you a man who fears God" - Acidtalk Majority of these religious men will be in the bottom most part of Hell fire on the day of Judgement. Jarus is the man. My heart bleeds whenever I go on the internet and find our youths wasting their time and life on extremely irrelevant issues only to end up blaming the government at the twilight of their life. I thought I could help the youths create some encouraging, motivational and lasting articles on nairaland but so sad they only manage to read that day and forget everything by evening. There is absolutely NO PLACE IN THE QURAN FROM THE 1ST TO THE LAST CHAPTER WHERE IT IS STATED THAT "WHEN YOU ARE FASTING DO NOT WORK" . I really do not support when someone tries to blackmail others with their religion or tribal beliefs whether you be a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Ramakrishna or whatever you are. The Only thing your employee can do is "plead" to demand for less physical work like running errands under the hot sun by delivering client's clothes in many different locations, not that she can't work at all because she is fasting. If she insists she can't work during Ramadan, then give her an option of going for a "compulsory one month leave without pay" for the duration of Ramadan or resign.
