Terrible leader, well thats your opinion. If you knew anything about leadership or you have held leadership positions I believe you would be more understanding & less conclusive with how you rate leaders.

GEJ enjoyed oil prices of over $100 a barrel and didn't accomplish 1/5th of the infrastructure Buhari has done with less funds.

Evidently, anyone who doesn’t speak fast with your approved vigor is not intelligent. I laugh at you. Some people have the capacity, experience and exposure a lot of high IQ people do not possess. Listen to GEJ properly without bias. Man is intelligent and thoughtful, picks his words carefully and speaks better than majority of Nigerian men his age. Same with OBJ. Sanusi is an orator no doubt but thats not enough to say he’s leadership material.

High IQ doesn’t always translate to good leadership skills. Most high IQ people are bad orators. They’re not good at public speaking and have a had time expressing their ideas. They usually just let their actions/doing speak.

GEJ speaks much better than the others on the list, but he was still a terrible leader so it doesn't mean anything. As for the rest, they can't even give a simple speech without reading directly from a paper. That implies poor working memory, which is a hallmark of low IQ. Some of these people are suffering from age-related cognitive decline. And if you can't see that, you are just as stupid as they are.

Business / Re: Dangote Is Selling Cement For 1,150 Naira In Zambia by Aconomist: 12:02pm On Apr 27, 2021

The anti-monopoly rule does not exist for any country and it is even meaningless in this context.
Always make research before contributing to complex topics.

Anti-monopoly rules exist in every developed country. China even fined Alibaba $3 billion for monopoly. And in India, cement companies are raided like criminals if they are suspected of anti-competitive behavior. Nigeria is the only country where criminals like Dangote have free reign to exploit an entire nation.

A foreign friend recently asked me why Nigerians always elect low IQ leaders -- men who wouldn't be trusted to run a grocery store (let alone a nation) in any normal country. I told him that the typical Nigerian doesn't know how to recognize the signs of low IQ in themselves or others.

Speech is a window into the brain. And people who speak in a slow and inarticulate way tend to have poor mental ability -- leading to incompetence and corruption.

Take, for example, President Buhari:

Yar'Adua also displayed the same slow and dull speech pattern. Along with Obasanjo and others. Here is Bola Tinubu. He has that same slow and dull speech pattern, which indicates low intelligence.

Compare these low IQ speech patterns to the clear and alert speech of Lamido Sanusi, a man with a comparatively high IQ.

Nigeria is the only country where intelligent people are ruled by the stupidest among them. While I focused on Bola Tinubu today, this problem is widespread in every region, especially the southeast and South-South. Foreign investors are very confused by the competence they see in Nigerians abroad compared to the clear signs of stupidity they see in the country's ruling class.

why another airport? what happened to the one in Lagos and Ibadan?? that was the same question asked about Anambra Intl Airport, because of its nearly closeness to Asaba, Enugu and Owerri
Every state needs its own airport.

While Anambra is doing it alone with Zero partnership... anyway exporting of human skulls will be their topmost program
Anambra is partnering with Chinese. It seems like Nigerians can't do anything without foreign help.

Anyways, this is a welcome development for Ogun.

Bro, except from always criticising, I hope you're also doing your little part in helping this country move forward? You can also go into a large mechanizing farming in a safe state in Nigeria. You can start with tomato and pepper.
I would love to, but Nigerians in Nigeria must provide basic civilization first. Right now the country is un-investable.

At this point, I can barely even relate to Nigerians anymore...
Politics / Are Nigerians Human? by Aconomist: 11:51am On Apr 24, 2021
The Nigerian imports his food, despite vast arable land. The Nigerian imports fish despite an expansive coastline. The Nigerian imports petrol despite the largest oil/gas reserves in Africa. To make matters worse, those few Nigerians (such as Dangote) who pay foreigners to produce locally, charge such outrageously high prices that they impoverish the masses and create more problems than they solve.

This pattern of behavior is not consistent with a fully-evolved human. If Nigerians are not human, what are they?

Alaaye stop hating on Lagos. That is how u disgraced yourself on that lekki road thread. U later admitted fault and ran off... Only to keep opening many others. This attacks are unnecessary. Focus on your own state and hold your govt responsible.
When I visit Nigeria I stay in Lagos and Abuja, so that's what I'll focus on. This has nothing to do with Yoruba people.

The conditions are unacceptable in Lagos. If you are too stagnant to understand that, too bad. But I'm not going to stop discussing relevant issues.

This is ur post praising Anambra to high heavens.

https://www.nairaland.com/6388486/onitsha-only-city-nigeria-looks

Anambra that is home to dirt and erosion, second only to Abia state.
Lagos is better than Onitsha. If you read carefully, you will notice that I'm only comparing Onitsha to cities outside of major cities like Lagos and Abuja. And that is strictly based on the number of high-rise buildings there, which is very unique for a Nigerian city.

Lagos is the only functional government in Nigeria, but they still have a lot of work to do in urban planning.

Since Anambra is not a slum why not relocate it there?

Your kinsmen still left East as at last midnight to cross over to Southwest (a land of milk and honey).

Keep hating on Lagos and Yoruba. No go build your region.
I'm not Igbo. And if I wanted to criticize Yoruba people, I would talk about places like Ibadan or illorin. But I don't talk about those places because this is not about your small brain tribal nonsense. Lagos is populated by people all over Nigeria.

Politics / The Real Reason Twitter Chose Ghana: Lagos Is A Slum by Aconomist: 12:40pm On Apr 19, 2021
As someone who has lived his whole life in the United States, I can look at Lagos from a different perspective than Nigerians born and bred in the country. In other words, I can see the city the way a foreigner would see it. But unlike a foreigner who will lie to protect your feelings, I will tell you the truth: Conditions in Lagos are so bad that it almost beyond belief. The city is so disorganized and filthy that it makes you question whether its inhabitants are truly human or subhuman beings formed into a crude mockery of mankind.

From the minute you leave the airport (which is vastly inferior to what is seem in far smaller countries like Ghana or Senegal) you enter Ikeja and feel like you are transported into a third world warzone like the Congo, Central African Republic or Somalia. Don't listen to all the excuses Twitter is giving for not locating their headquarters in Lagos. The problem is 100% related to the level of filth and disorganization in the city and the lack of basic amenities like sanitation, transpiration or reasonable urban planning.

The streets are utterly chocked with traffic. And the entire mainland feels like an endless slum. Finally you get to the mainland bridge, and you are stuck there for hours in full view of Makoko, a neighborhood floating in its own feces as urine. You hope the island will be better, but you are disappointed. The traffic intensifies to an almost otherworldly level, and finally you enter the biggest slum -- Marina CMS, a Central Business District filled with open air markets, abandoned skyscrapers and criminals. By now, you have already given up on Lagos and wish to return home.

Solution

The Lagos state government needs to get serious about Eko Atlantic and create incentives for companies to relocate there. Also, what would be so hard about acquiring some of these horrible buildings below and demolishing them to sell the land to private developers? It's 2021. A city of human beings shouldn't look like this.
