Good development! The fact that advanced nations have already deployed similar UAVs does not mean we should not develope ours. The American flag is flying on the moon. China is desperate to see its own flag flying on the moon. There is no shortcut to greatness. |

If a refinery can be built in Niger that has export capacity it should not be beyond Nigeria to build more than one refinery with capacity to meet local need. |
