InfiniteLoopx: Yes, they are the majority. The less than 2 % Igala population in Anambra speaks pure Igbo. Most can't even communicate in Igala any more. in Awka, Igala population are more or less, economic settlers, as every other Nigerians. South East is completely Igboid, running down to some parts of South South. Now, you get the drill. You're not as smart as thought initially, you acknowledged Igalas in Anambra and still claim s.e is COMPLETELY igboid, You see how you are stylishly trying to reduce the Igala people in Anambra, so you dont know of the indigenous Idoma ppl in Enugu state or the significant Ibibio speaking people in Abia, |

It neither a dialect of urhobo..its an independent language...the degree of mutual non intelligibility btw the two language is enough for my claim. What of Okpe? Will you also call it a language due to intelligibility |

Since the creation of the Edo monarchy several thousand years ago. It is weird for anybody to call igbo or yoruba a tribe and to say Edo is not. Edo have only one King: Omo n'Oba n'Edo. The Edo were citizens of the same precolonial country: Benin Kingdom. In short, yes the Edo are a tribe ! This is coming from an Edo. Since the division of Bendel state into Edo-state and Delta-state, a lot of nigerians from the east and the west have been confused. It is like you actually belive the name Edo was made up by the nigerian military, let me just remind you that the Edo are a people and their King holds the title: Omo n'Oba n'Edo. Now to you: when did igbo become a tribe ? How can a tribe not have a central ruler, or anything in common except a few language similarities ? Edo was never a tribe it only refers to the bini people who are migrants from Ile ife(source Chief (Dr.) Jacob Egharevba's short history of benin), at the time of the bini empire there where Igbos, Efa(Urhobo), Yoruba etc, Esan all different ethnicities, so Edo was never a tribe and its not recognized as a ethnic group anywhere in Nigeria |

Are you alright at all, Ijaws get plenty land in Ondo state, even aboki from Adamawa knows this talkless of you a so called yoruba man |
