Egun we agree is the only tribe not Yoruba in the SW but they are a Yoruboid Group that have similar culture and tradition to Yorubas.

Edo was never a tribe it only refers to the bini people who are migrants from Ile ife(source Chief (Dr.) Jacob Egharevba's short history of benin), at the time of the bini empire there where Igbos, Efa(Urhobo), Yoruba etc, Esan all different ethnicities, so Edo was never a tribe and its not recognized as a ethnic group anywhere in Nigeria
