It is wrong to prescribe drugs when you are not a doctor. This drug tramadol was made for severe pain. It works by shutting off the part of your brain that makes you feel pain and this is why it is recommended solely for pain thjat cannot be treated by ordinary analgesics like paracetamol and even the next strongest group such as Ibuprofen and Diclofenac.

Unfortunately I have see this drug being abused by a lot of people, especially area boys or "agberos" who could put as much as ten capsules in a bottle of La casera and take it all at once. Unfortunately, these people are killing themselves slowly but surely and it is only a matter of time before their brains get fried.
In developed countries such as US, Canada and UK, you can never see Tramadol over the counter...I mean NEVER!!! It has to be prescribed by a Doctor before it can be given to you.

OP please ignore this poster, Yungwizzzy. Tramadol will only worsen your problem because the agberos that are using it are not using it at the right doses. A normal dose of tramadol will do nothing for your problem, and since you have used sex enhancing drugs and they haven't worked for you and it has to do with you being tired after a day of physical activity and not your sex organ. I think you need to keep your wife busy. Maybe open a small shop for her or get her a job.

Please Yungwizzzy...This is a public forum, do not advice anyone to take a drug that you know nothing about, especially when you are not a doctor or a pharmacist or medical professional because you won't be there to know the problem you have caused.

If a woman's spouse travelled or is not in town for one reason or the other, and is not around to satisfy her sexual needs, is it a sin to masturbate with images of him in her head.... maybe their previous sexual encounters or something like that.

Brazilian martial arts instructor Daryell Dickson Meneses Xavier turned himself in to police earlier this year, admitting that he had raped, beaten and killed his infant stepson.

The 16-month-old stepson was killed by blunt trauma to the head. He spent two days in the hospital before his death.
Prisoners were outraged at what Xavier had done and decided to apply their own brand of justice.

Xavier was brutally raped by approximately 20 prisoners, multiple times.

“He had injuries all over the body, the most serious ones in the anal region. Dissatisfied, and still furious about the crime committed by the teacher, the prisoners tore apart the stitches that he received and raped him again."

Hi Nairalanders,

I am a 26 year old lady and will be getting married in June. Unfortunately for me I found about two months ago that my dad is cheating on my mum. I didn't say anything cuz I do not want my family to break up. Before it was one lady but now I have found out that they are two. It seems like as the days go deeper he gets more and more into it.

Yesterday he told me to put a password for him on his phone. I tried avoiding doing it but he was persistent and at the end I ended up putting it for him but my conscience has really started disturbing me. I dont know if I should tell her because I don't want my family to break up and at the same time I don't want to see my mother hurt. She loves and adores him, although everyone has his/her shortcomings.

He is a well respected man and my fiancee respects him more than anything. I feel like I am suffocating.

Please what should I do? I really need good advice
