Nice to know you have high hope about your chess career.just wanna comment about the smith-morra gambit against the sicilian. You rarely see this gambit at the grandmaster level cos black can easily refute this. In my opinion its not a sound gambit.
If the gambit is declined or accepted? Or both?

Whether it's bad or not is another philosophical debate on social norms and perception which quite frankly, doesn't need to be instigated. The bottom line is that you should have played it safe.

I think it depends on how early it is. Obviously if I see a missed call from my parents as early as 5:30 am, I'm definitely calling them first. Any other person is secondary.

CareerRe: Team Work Ability, What Does It Mean? by Ade5(m): 12:33pm On Oct 04, 2014
This team player topic is quite foggy. Some people use it as a guise to delegate their work in the name of teamwork and in the process, put their other colleagues in a tight spot because some of these colleagues are also very much concerned about their reputation as good team players.

You're welcome.
BusinessRe: Establishing A Pharmacy In Nigeria by Ade5(m): 6:41pm On Aug 11, 2014
drsalaks: Thanks @Ade5 for your kind advice

But if one is operating a wholesale pharmacy outlet, does the pharmacist whole registers it necessarily have to work as superintendent in the pharmacy.Could he not leave if he so decides to and then you employ another pharmacy to run the business.
Drsalaks, I'm not really conversant with wholesale but I spoke with someone regarding this issue and I was told that the same laws apply in wholesale as they do in retail. Now the thing is if the person who registered the outlet initially decides to leave, it's fine, you can always get another pharmacist to use their licence. Just make sure that at every point in time, your outlet is registered. And yes, the person whose licence is used must work where the licence is being used, that's the legal way.

RESEARCH.
Okay what was your sample size? Was this carried out locally or on an international scale? How many countries were involved? Let's start with those questions.
EducationRe: Why The Ones Who Have Bad Grades Are Often The Ones Who Are Most Successful. by Ade5(m): 6:45pm On Aug 10, 2014
rexkexmilan: look at the topic closely...... does the word "often" make any sense to you?
You still haven't said how you reached this conclusion.
EducationRe: Why The Ones Who Have Bad Grades Are Often The Ones Who Are Most Successful. by Ade5(m): 4:11pm On Aug 10, 2014
Does this assertion have studies to back it up? I want to know how exactly you reached the conclusion hat it's people with bad grades that are often the most successful.
P.S I'm not on the war path, only seeking clarity.
And also, there are other ways to measure success. Measuring success in terms of money is one way but a quite shallow one.
BusinessRe: Establishing A Pharmacy In Nigeria by Ade5(m): 3:54pm On Aug 10, 2014
@drsalaks, be careful about this because if the pharmacist you are "partnering" with decides to leave and you have no replacement, it's either the pharmacist takes his licence along (which will leave you high and dry) or the pharmacist leaves his licence with you and you end up doing something illegal known as "register and go". If you are caught committing any of the above mentioned offences, you and the pharmacist could be in for some serious trouble.
