If what you mean is that it disconnects after working for 2-3mins then you can try the following.

1. Go to your connection settings on your laprop and remove every network you've ever connected to it.

2. Go to your phone and do network reset if your phone is running one of the recent android versions. Otherwise, just remove every device that has been connected to your hotspot.

After these, try reconnecting and see whether the connection is sustained or not.
I did this and the problem still persist.

Hope something is not wrong with your System Wifi, WLAN/WWAN Wireless Cards. You should first try and use another method to connect to the internet, Make use of an internet modem or Dial up connection, or router to verify where the problem is.
maybe that's where the problem is but prior to this it works fine just started recently

hope is not issue an with the internet browser you are using or a network connection failure, or may be some error in some settings, you made some changes in the settings that is not valid and that is why it is giving that abruptly disconnection and service error when surfing the website
I guess it's settings, anytime it stops I'll turn off the system and turn it on again then it starts working but after about 2-3mins it stops again. What could be wrong pls. I know it's definitely not the internet service tho

does your phone hotspot turns off by itself while surfing the net? or your wifi network connections with your laptop disconnects by itself
Neither of them, the site I'm surfing will just stop going while still connected.

Health / Top 8 Tips To Overcome Depression In 2019 by AdebisiAdeyinka(m): 6:55am On Dec 07, 2019
Top 8 tips to overcome depression in 2019

The rate of suicide is becoming alarming these days and one of the leading cause of suicide is depression. Before a man can ever think of suicide, there must be something that is bothering his mind which eventually make him to think of killing himself.
Depression is a state of deep sadness and grief, however this is very common among both the youths and even the adults nowadays, and this has led to the death of many through committing suicide and developing hypertension.

However, before you die of depression or attempt to commit suicide — which is a grievous offence to humanity, why not try these eight ways to overcome depression?

1. Avoid loneliness and never stay idle: There is a popular aphorism that says, “An idle mind is the workshop of devil ” once you are not doing anything, different thoughts will begin to struggle for survival in your mind. You will begin to think about what you shouldn’t think about; thought about your Ex that left, a relative that died, a friend that left your life. Once you have something tangible that you are doing, you won’t be bothered about things that have passed. You should understand life is not meant to be sweet and rosy, so you need to move on by doing something reasonable than listening to the chants of silence or staying in a lonely place.

2. Get a friend: You should have someone you share your problems with when life hit you like bomb. A problem shared is a problem solved. God won’t come from heaven to solve your problems. If you find yourself in a very difficult situation, you need to get a good friend you share it with. No one is an island of knowledge. We were created for one another in order to get our problems solved.

3. Watch TV and listen to music when you are bored:
Instead of allowing boredom to lead you to depression why not get yourself entertained? Why must you always be cold when you can set yourself on fire of funs. Once you notice that you’re getting too depressed about an issue maybe relating to relationship, marriage or failure in your study; why not relax yourself, then watch TV, listen to music and watch comic clips to get yourself out of those thoughts. You can be free from depression, if the cause of your depression is loneliness or heartbreak.

4. Find peace within yourself and accept life as it comes: You might be depressed just because you have been unable to meet your aspirations or desirable goals. But you need to ease yourself out of worry by finding peace within yourself. Always understand the fact that life is not meant to be smooth — messes are meant to happen. In fact, life is not a bed of roses, so when life hit you hard like thunderstorm, you don’t need to over react, rather accept it as it comes. Every problem as a solution so find joy and peace, then look for the solution to your problems.

5. Do not compare yourself to others: Comparing yourself to others may lead to depression when you find out that such person is doing better than you. The best way to avoid this is by focusing on your dream and passion. Let your passion drive you and not your emotion. When you see others shining than you, that doesn’t mean you won’t also shine someday. You need to start erasing the thought of comparing yourself to others in order to prevent being depressed about other’s achievements.

6 Find a work, stay out of poverty: Poverty is one of the leading cause of depression and you need to get rid of it to stay out of depression. The reason why you are depressed may be because you do not have money, and money doesn’t come if you are not working. So start doing something that will get you out of poverty so you can lead a life without depression.

7. Avoid friends that make you feel bad: There are friends whose presence in your life does not give you peace, joy and comfort. You need to avoid such kind of friends. There are friends that won’t encourage you about your goals and dreams, you need to stay away from them. More so, you need to stay away from a relationship that doesn’t give you peace.

8. Connect with God and believe in Him: It is of no doubt that many of us do not believe in a supernatural being, but it is essential of us to place our believe on something. As humans, it is only what we believe in that works for us, if we do not believe in God, we won’t get our problems solved through Him. So when you start having a grievous feeling toward something, you need to place your believe on a supernatural being. He is the only one who is capable of solving countless of problems.

Lady narrates how Redeem church impoverished her family

A Twitter user took to her social media page to narrate her family's bitter experience with the Redeem Christin Church of God.

The young narrates whose father is a pastor in one of the Zonal branch of the church reveals how his father strife day to day to meet up with the target set by the Church's headquarters which has since left his family decimated.

She wrote:

My father is a zonal pastor in redeem. For years, I've watched this man slave for that church. Money that he would have used to put us in good schools all went into building churches and the church continued to milk him by transferring him the moment he's done building

My father has built over 5 churches some days we barely eat at home. I can't remember how many times they sent me back home from school as a school fee defaulter since primary school and still, my father never stopped building churches. Why?
As a redeem pastor, you have a percentage of offerings/tithe you have to turn in to the church account and as at 2017 or so, if you didn't meet the bench mark for attendance, you'll be penalized. My dad has to "plant a church" every year either in April or December
Reading this tweet, I'm actually crying for my dad and my family. This man is 50+ and he's hypertensive, yet they gave him 2 zones to manage as if the stress of managing one isn't already too much. But if you take away Christianity from my dad, he'll have nothing else to live for
I've had to grow up in a house where my parents loved the church more than me. My mom seized all my trousers one time because I wore trouser to a night vigil ON A COLD RAINY NIGHT! sometimes I want to scream and tell them "if you die, the church will replace you"
But what sacrilege! They will stop paying my school fees and tell me to come and sit at home since I'm being influenced by other people outside. Mehn! I HATE REDEEM! I HATE THE CHURCH! but I can't tell my parents this because a girl has to survive
Did I mention that every month, they do a "remittance" where they remit every single offering and tithe that came into the church, to the headquarters? The remaining 30% is just about 1k or so. My dad never touched that money until one day when we couldn't get food a
At home and he had to go to headquarters to ask for that money. I won't even mention how much they gave him because it's embarrassing

Romance / Busola Dakolo Berates Court's Ruling On Her Rape Case by AdebisiAdeyinka(m): 9:53pm On Nov 14, 2019
Busola Dakolo speaks on Courts ruling on her case with Pastor Fatoyinbo. The embattled wife of gospel music singer, Timi Dakolo has taken to her social media platform to express her take on the court’s ruling on her ongoing rape case against COZA general Overseer, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.

While expressing her opinion on the judgment delivered by Justice A.O Musa, the mother of two express her dissatisfaction with the court, while berating their slowness to action as well as not scrutinizing the case as expected.

She wrote:

"I have just been briefed by my lawyers on the court’s ruling in the matter before it pertaining to my stand against injustice represented by the reprehensible actions of Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo and, in light of the present and anticipated inquiries from friends, family and well-wishers, it is pertinent to convey my sincere reaction to said ruling.

When I set about confronting one of my biggest fears and a horrible experience from my past, the first hurdle was finding the confidence to. Victims usually do not find a place for their voice, certainly not in our deeply conservative country where might is right and a virtue while innocence is a licence for abuse and disregard. I had no illusions about the herculean task before me in not only openly confronting the man behind the mask but seeking remedy and sanction against him before the court.
I set out to ease the hurt, the sense of shame and abuse, the nightmares and traumas not by securing judicial victory only but by boldly sharing my story and calling out my transgressor robed in the vestiges of clerical power and pretence. I understood and accepted that by voicing out I was silencing the screams in the night.
Ever since my story broke, the reactions were mixed but largely comforting. I noted that otherwise hushed victims of rape and sexual abuse were taking a cue from my stoicism in the face of ridicule and opposition and sharing their equally appalling stories. It is in this response that my victory was sealed, in knowing that one woman’s boldness could encourage others and challenge the institutionalized silence and the repression of the victim’s narrative by a culture of guilt-tripping, stigma and an inexplicable clamour to make irrational excuses for sexual offenders.
Even so, there is much to be said about what transpired in court. In the court’s wisdom, my legal action is statue barred and that means the time has passed within which I could or should have initiated the suit.
The substance of the suit which is my allegations of sexual abuse leading to emotional distress on my person against Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo has neither been entertained by the court nor ruled up"

https://www.instagram.com/p/B42urLlJRZ2/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Speaking further,

"The substance of the suit which is my allegations of sexual abuse leading to emotional distress on my person against Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo has neither been entertained by the court nor ruled upon. I believe that the effect of the injurious claim is a continuous one that transcends time and place.

This has only made me to wonder more what a country we have? I was particularly surprised at the hearing of the case when the court said the file was missing and later when the court said my own processes cannot be found and finally the case is out of time. This only shows that we have a lot to address to bring sanity to our country.

Today, I am glad that my voice is not silenced and this is victory for me. I must encourage every woman out there to keep the pace and never stop voicing out against the evil of rape and sexual abuse. Do not be dispirited by today’s court decision.
No judgement has been made declaring the innocence of Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo. It must be stated that while our experience have a shared theme, the circumstances are different. We must not give up for our victory lies more in finding our voice than anything else.

I thank my dear husband for his continuous support, friends, our legal team and all who have been standing with us on this as I assure you all I am very fine.

Thank you."
