I doubt if the registration portal will be open for fresh PCMs to register against stream ll which will come up by August. But we can just pray that about 80% of those who registered are ale to go with stream l, so looking at the remaining % they can reconsider by opening for registration again in August.

The best way to upgrade your hnd is to do top-up/hnd conversion program. It's a 2 yrs program.
Kwara state university Ilorin, Federal university Oye-ekiti and some private universities offer this program.

I'm currently in Kwara state university to change my hnd to Btech, electrical engineering.
I'm admitted into 300 level, 2 yrs duration, 3 semesters per year, #140K school fees per year, lectures Friday to Sunday. School fees payable instalmentally.

I remember when i went to do my p.utme in funaab when we have to queue for more than 30mins in front of the school gate b4 getting into the school bus and drove inside nt knwing the queue inside b4 alow to go to class is even times 4 of the outside, since that first day in funaab i knw sometin will be wrong wth admission there, first list came out i was told to chill up as there are two or three more to be released, 2nd list also camo but noting i taya ooo and nw the supp list, hmmm na laspostech sure pass, on my way to study mech engr, lasu own sef worse pass funnab cos we don knw our fate for funaab say no admission bt 4 lasu wey never release any list nko?
