A video that has gone viral on social media captured moment a University of Ghana student attacked her boyfriend, Papa Kofi Owusu Kwarteng with slippers for cheating on her with an unidentified lady.



The female student has been identified as Karen and she was heard saying in the viral video that she's been stressed so much by Papa Kofi and can't take it anymore. She also advised him to work on his demons while smacking him with her slippers.



After the video went viral with many calling out the University of Ghana student for assaulting her boyfriend, she was forced to share her reason for the attack.



Karen apologized for being abusive to her boyfriend and further added that she acted out of anger without thinking it through. According to her, Papa Kofi didn't show any remorse for his action which was why she attacked him.

Indonesia's Security Minister, Wiranto suffered "two deep wounds" to his stomach after being stabbed by a man who the police said was "inspired" by the Islamic State group.


The incident occurred on Thursday October 10, during a visit to the town of Pandeglang in Banten province on the island of Java.

A male perpetrator and a suspected female co-conspirator have been arrested over the attack on the former military chief and ex-presidential candidate who is now in a stable condition. State Intelligence Agency chief, Budi Gunawan told reporters it was believed the suspects were part of the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) network which is linked to IS.


"From our preliminary investigation, the suspected attackers were exposed to radicalism since their target is a public bureaucrat and member of the police, whom they saw as enemy," Dedi Prasetyo, Indonesian national police spokesman, told BBC Indonesian. "These professions threaten their existence."



Wiranto has been medically evacuated to the country's capital Jakarta for further treatment.

The grand opening of Tyler Perry Studios on October 5, 2019 will remain a memorable day as it marked the celebration of the first ever fully black-owned film studio.

What makes it unique is that it has no proprietary partners or corporate backing, it's all owned by the filmmaker and actor known by his popular character of Madea.

“The studio lots of Disney, Warner Bros, Paramount, Fox and Sony could fit inside Tyler Perry’s studio lot at the same time - and there would still be 60 acres to spare,” DuVernay tweeted, also noting that the lot stands on a former Confederate Army base.

The $250m studios which scooped up some 330 acres of former U.S. Army base Fort McPherson which was bought for $30 million, has a replica White House which is being used in the production of BET show “The Oval.”



It also has trailer parks, a hospital set, a mock jumbo jet, an airport terminal, a trailer park, and even a suburban subdivision. In the works elsewhere is a half-mile, six-lane highway Perry is building for car chases and drag races, as well as backlots that could be used for scenes based in urban Europe.
