Hello house. I use an elapaq constant. What could be the cause, gen sound is not smooth. Sound as if it wants to off when using it, unless i set the choke to the middle. I already cleaned the carburetor with carburetor cleaner.

Maybe you should try wsb.edu.pl, although I don't know their cgpa limit, because I have a 2.1 and I was accepted into the computer sci msc program from a environmental sci background, plus 3 years software development experience.

As opposed to some countries that require you authenticate your results at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education at Abuja, Germany does not require I do this right?
Just certify my result at High court/consulate and I'm good to go?
