Dear All,

Please can someone help me with the cost for digginga pair of soak-away (big & small) in Atan Area of Ogun State?

I'll also like to know the total cost German flooring for a building in Sokenu Area of Atan, Ogun State. I have attached the plan for the building in the dropbox link below for your reference. I need a detailed cost analysis including materials and labour cost.

Cost detail is very stressful only if you need a rough estimate.but if you don't mind you can contact me cos I have a project I'm handling presently at fashogbon after The bells in Otta,I can come help take a look at the site,do the material market survey there and cost it out for you.

Costing this out will take a big stress but if you don't mind,I'm handling a duplex closer to atan at fashogbon beside The bells presently,you can contact me to come view your site,take a market surver of the area and cost it out for you.

Please what is the cost estimate of raising a 2-units 3-bedroom storey building to decking level?
(i.e. plus decking).

Guess the staircase will be at the side of the building? Also where is it located and what's the condition of the soil.all this will help to give details of your estimate and you can send a mail so I deliver you quote there.

Thank you my brother. When I first visited this site for advise the estimates I was getting was quite outrageous. They will discourage you with over estimated budgets. Right now I am roofing my three bedroom bungalow in Nnewi, Anambra... And I know how much I have spent so far.

That is NL engineers for you,it gives me a lot of discouragement nd I felt disappointed when I see some quote of advice.some will even give without viewing the building plan or to even bothered the location or soil bearing capacity.well

This area of the pic is the downside i mean the livingroom and the kitchen aswell with the guestroom,all this area are not going to be decked.

The stepdown area is the extant one bedroom that is going to be deck and there are 10 column with 16mm iron rod surporting the decking

Actually it was half plot of land so i have to manage.
Picture showing the ground building.there high side will be the decking side which is the extra one bedroom.now the client is having a standard 3bedroom duplex and extra one bedroom flat underneath.

Actually this land was a very sharp sloppy area when i got there i figured the approved building plan will not be best fit and this will waste money and land.so i decided to open-brained the client in bringing an idea of making it a dublex and extra one bedroom will be provided down together with the livingroom,guest toilet,kitchen down and two startdard room up with a fancy stair case accessed to the room up.starting picture below tho he insisted German floor now based on changes in budget.

thanks for ur contribution....yeah will have 3 security doors...main entrance, door leading into the kitchen( there's no dinning exit door from outside) and the door leading into the house from the gym cos the gym will have thick transparent glass all through with windows..without burglary proof

Laundry might be good outside the building invade you are inviting a dry cleaner to wash cloth for you and he wount have access to you house even if you aren't around,but you will have to fix a security door to the dinning exit and the kitchen as well.

A good design,but would have advice your master shouldn't be at the Conner back of the building

I will not advice you to go for a quote like this,they are not straight and highlightened very well,there should be an agreement with what type of quality materials to be used,you might approve this,and at the end you will be disappointed the materials using in your project.and also,that cost is on a high side too.if you really need a good contractor or breakdown estimation,you can contact my mail,send the floor plan,them i will break it down for you to your best knowledge.here is my mail...paraconeng@yahoo.com.
