You will need to get an English Proficiency letter (EPL) from your University stating you were taught in English .

I know of University of Sunderland do reject offer because of Previous Visa Refusal.

Please if you know which universities reject or withdraw their offer because previous visa refusal biko mention them. Also mention the ones that don't mind irrespective of visa refusal.

Context: I was refused Canadian study permit last year because of my special needs child. Upon ordering my gcms note, everything was positive except for the officer's comment that they think my dependent's health will a burden to their health and social welfare.

Now if schools I apply to reject me should I offer this explanation? Has anyone applied with a special needs child?

Will this make a difference... I've been to the UK once (2011) and have a good travel history

Please, I applied for my visa application on the 17th and I choose "No" my dependants are not travelling with me .

But now, They've applied theirs and they put they are travelling with me. Hope it's not going to cause alarm?

Also, My biometric is going to be 31st of May , I only got 6th of June for my hubby and 8th of June for 3 my children

Can we all go to the TLS on Tuesday ?

Can they be able to do their biometrics with me cos my daughter is starting her Junior Waec on Wednesday hence she would miss her paper if she's going for the 8th of June .

They didn't asked any refusal questions from my sons application and he has one refusal of visiting visa..

Also I didn't know the GWF number I'm going to add to their application

I used mine but they are applying with their daddy and their proof of funds are I their zads account but the only option there is I'm with his maintenance fund which is not .

First time posting! It would have been a disservice if after all I have learnt here, I don't give back.
So firstly God never fails!
We picked our our visas today
Family of 5 ( oldest kid 15 and youngest 3)
Started the process September last year and was originally planning for January but school deferred admission to June it has been a very long journey.
Biometrics done 8th of April at ikeja
Documents submitted for main applicant was CAS, waec certificate, university certificate,c.v
Tb test, marriage certificate, pictures of family and of cos POF.
I have 20 year study gap, though I have taken several short courses including 2 short course done in the UK a few years ago.
No Nsf mail received.
Lessons I learnt is no short cut with this thing, be ready to read and research, I spent a lot of time searching for information both here and on Google and of the UKVI site ( information there is very robust). For nairaland, I would use keywords to search for whatever I needed and got quite a lot of answers without having to ask questions. I really must thank the moderators.

I'm filling my Visa form and I don't really know if I'm to put "Yes or No" on where I pointed the arrow to on the attached picture. Stating if they are travelling with me to the UK .

Like two to three weeks to get offer
You must pay 3k deposit to get unconditional offer
How long after paying to get cas. Like 24-48hrs if u pay by card. By form A, until sch receives the money. May be up to 3 weeks or two.
