Good day, I am quoting this so I can also document my journey through this process in case someone is here next year or beyond for what to expect.

I will just do copy and paste then edit lol.


I'd like to give my breakdown of the process involved with the Dufil Graduate Trainee Program as I experienced it.

So I got the link from a friend on the 3rd of March 2025. I can't remember the deadline.

On the 19th of March, I received a mail from Dragnet; Informing me that my application was successful and I would need to take the exam.

I took the Dragnet Exam on the 22nd March 2025 (same date as OP lol), the questions were based on three categories (Just use any dragnet PQ for any institution to prep);
- Qualitative Analysis
- Quantitative Analysis
- Abstract reasoning (deducing next character or missing character in a sequence of numbers or shape)

The next step was an Email Invitation I received on 17th of April for a "Written Interview" at the Head Office in Lagos. The date for the interview was 22nd of April 2025.

I live in Lagos so I did not ned to travel sha. Unlike OP our questions were theoretical based (Yes! hard luck lol). We were given 7 questions for 1 hour. These are the questions but not in the exact words or order I am using o:

1. What are Six sigma principles.
2. Tabular difference between six sigma and lean.
3. Differences between Standard deviation and Variance
4. What is Nigeria's current inflation rate?
5. What are the causes of the prevalent poverty rate in Nigeria, what will you do to correct it?
6. If you were asked to improve a team's performance explain how you would use six sigma to carry it out.
7. I cant remember, will update when I do, I have remembered! It's what are the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria and give three states under each

I just heard from a a friend that wrote in Abuja/Kaduna they had 3 math word problems questions in theirs 😭😂

After the written interview, I was fortunate to be shortlisted for the next oral interview scheduled to hold 9th of May. I got a phone call on the 8th of May from a staff of dufil to confirm my availability before I was scheduled for the next day which is tomorrow for me (I'm tensed lol).

I will update tomorrow and as soon as I get a feedback, wish me luck future readers

24/12/25 => Omg, I totally forgot I was making a post. I got a call after this for a final physical interview with the C.O.O. I couldn't go because I had other commitment, I asked for a reschedule but I didn't get a response until about 4 on the letter rescheduling e for another interview which I declined cuz I had already gotten another off.

That brings me to the end of this very long post lol

On the 18th of March, I received a mail from Dragnet; Informing me that my application was successful and I would need to take the exam.

- Quantitative Analysis
- Logic

The next step was an Email Invitation I received on 26th March for a "Written Interview" at the Head Office in Lagos. The date for the interview was 31st March.


By His Grace and Mercy, I was able to make it to Lagos for the written interview. It basically involved a set of 60 questions to be solved under an hour. The questions are roughly distributed like this:
- Quantitative (Math) - 42.5%
- Qualitative (English) - 42.5%
- Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology - 12
.5%
- Others (Facts, World knowledge) - 7.5%


Currently, I'm waiting for feedback from Dufil as regards the next steps. Fingers crossed.


UPDATE!

After the written interview, I was fortunate to be shortlisted for the next oral interview scheduled to hold April 14th.
The oral interview was pretty much the standard interview.
It was roughly about:
- Your CV
- Knowledge about the company
- Sell yourself

Days later I received a mail inviting me for the final stage interview with the C.O.O of the company. The date was five days after the oral interview.

After the interview, we were congratulated for making it to the final stage and that's when we were given the good news.

All praise and thanks indeed belong to Almighty God.

Naa, you don’t have to start by 12. The test session just opens from that time.
It’s based on your cognitive and writing skills really. For the Microsoft suite, you can try and research beforehand or watch videos. Excel and word.

I have a question about the next rage of the recruitment. I got a mail for the next three stages I.e the essay, e-basket and Ms office proficiency test. Do i have to do the last two on the said day of the test or before because I don’t have to use tailview browser for those part
