They have seen that name one too many times.
And when they ask how you found out about the doctor n you claim I researched and googled it without coming clean to say nairaland they immediately deduce you ate LYING which is a big red flag for them.

If you lie about your source if doctor whom they have seen a long queue presenting same correspondence what says you ate not lying about other intentions.

Please newbies try to research other docs that can give you correspondence because the kind doc F have been over flogged n his correspondence have lost ground with too baby presentations.

Put in a lil work n get ursef d visa. .

Hubby is the one sponsoring me, cos I was with his statement of account. He runs a logistic company... The Vo didn't even ask for any statement of account, or who will be sponsoring....

Vo: do u have families or friends in Texas
Wife: no
Vo: what do u do
Wife: homemaker, I make beaded accessories
Vo: typing as usual......... And then, well am so sorry but u do not meet the requirement.....

So I really don't know, where it all went wrong....

=firsttymum thank u for ur respond, appreciate. I have been able to convey my issue to one of the associate by a phone call, about scheduling an appointment for a dependant on my profile which was also on another primary's profile. It as been resolved now. Thank you

I think if u r Ok with the date u shld leave it that way. When u wifey shows up at the embassy... She shld explain why u are not available.

Please I do need anyone's help, regarding the process of scheduling US visa online. The first attempt of visa schedule, was the whole family I.e hubby, wife and son. Now trying to schedule for jus wife and son, not going through, the security question coming up is dat. My son details appears to be on another profile, which is correct hubby's profile. So now how possible is it to erase son's details, so that a schedule can be made for just wife and son. Hubby not traveling just wife and son... Plz anyone kindly respond, urgent plz

I have been following this thread as a single for well over 2 years. Now I am married, and expecting. This is my first post, yet I feel like a family already

I have opted for el paso and have paid the US$ 150 enrollment fee. They have sent a signed doctor's responsibility letter and the hospital pricing (though unsigned). Is this all that I should expect to receive from them? Will this be sufficient proof at the POE, beyond the cash, accommodation reservation and the test results from Nigeria?

Dear VO,

I applied for B1/B2 (visiting) visa at Abuja Embassy some years back with my wife and we were denied because I was accused of been married to another lady before.

I was told the lady applied for immigration visa or won visa lottery, The VO told me that he can see that I never apply with the girl at embassy but the lady used my details with my picture as the husband in the form she sent back, and he advice me to go back to Lagos embassy to clear things up cos that where our appointment was schedule for


But I never apply for any visa with another lady at any USA Embassy apart from my wife.

Can you please advice me on what to do to clear up this with the Embassy, I really need to read back from you, my wife and my in laws taking this so serious
