You are right but on MKO's case, those that were asked for DNA test were not children from his wives but children from other women outside.

The laws of Nigeria are clear: Mohbad accepted the child, so that child is his son, period. If she does the DNA test, his father will then take her back to court to try and prove she's an unfit mother (they'll demand her financial records and even pay a former nanny to "testify" that Wunmi leave the baby all night alone to party with men). And you men outside, will swallow it hook, line and sinker. Then harass her even more.

All for money. If that . musician's father was really for justice, he would be petitioning for a civil suit against Naira Marley who organised physical violence against his son (not a murder charge, but sue him). Instead, he's going after a cheap target (his widow). If the father truly had a case for paternity fraud, the judge would have ordered it (like in MKO Abiola's case).

The court isn't stupid, for them to have ordered a gag order on the father and his associates, it has been proven beyond doubt that the widow is being harassed. It wouldn't be the first time a Judge has seen this shenanigans from relatives hungry for money.

You should ask yourself that question because the person you quoted was right. No one except Mohbad (husband in this case) has the right to demand for DNA from a married woman (wife) except for the court. That being said, the fact that a woman gives birth to a child for a man doesn't mean he can't kpai him, so whether the child his Mohbad's child or not doesn't mean the woman killed him. Although, if the child is not his, which only shows motive and doesn't mean she killed her husband.

On Mohbad's case, an inquiry has been held and report has been released on the cause of his death. So, you guys should allow his widow and child to rest.

I was robbed in the hostel and every time I look back, I always appreciate God. The first time, I was naked under my cover cloth when they forcefully opened my door, when they entered they collected my phones, went to other rooms and I quickly used that period to dress up before they came back to my room. They brought the other rooms' occupants to my room to lock us up but before they left that day, they asked me to come out and I did not answer, they came back and asked me to come out and I responded that I was praying and that was why I didn't come out initially and the thief said I shouldn't bother again. They locked us up and left. I would have been graped if I followed them out of my room.

The second robbery happened at another hostel I moved to and that one, God saved me again b'cos they didn't see me where I squatted under an open wall hanger. I saw them and they didn't see me and the wall hanger was open. God is great. Two ladies who were with their boyfriends were graped during this one and an attempt was also made on my friend but they didn't grape her.

It is crazy that things have not changed and security is still an issue. I wish our security has been strengthened and forensic capabilities developed.

They rob students for phones, laptops and they don't mind to also collect the token pocket money too. I was robbed twice as a student during my undergraduate days and it was God that saved me.

l normally give first and second chance bro.let me give you some tips to succeed in keeping a small circle of genuine friends.
*Always believe and behave as if you are alone.
*Never depends on anybody but if they willingly assist so be it.
*Never expect anything from anybody but if they willingly give so be it.
*Be contented with what you have.
*Don't do competition with anybody in terms of achievement or assets.
*Never beg for friendship don't force yourself on anyone to be your friend, even if they are well to do I mean being rich and okay.
*Lastly let your yes be yes and your no be no, don't pretend.
With this aforementioned your inner energy will attract genuine friends not fake ones.

If you want informal relationships with people for the sake of future "hard times" get functional Networks not Friends. Friends are not meant to carry burdens they are not built for.

There are some situations one expect friends to come through. Let me share one of the things I have experienced; I recently had an oral exam and a friend who I was there for during his own exam (qualifying exam) a week to mine called in sick just because he didn't want to help. Our department is like 5 mins from the hall of residence but he was too sick to come and wasn't too sick to want to embark on a round trip journey of 6 hours plus to flex. The person he wanted to travel with didn't take him, since he already lied to me that he was sick.

The so called friend is remorseful and he has been trying to see me. He also asked mutual friends to intercede but I no longer see him the same way.

It is not always about money but having someone in one's corner.

I show concern when I don't have, I am loyal and always there for people who know me. I help people (family, friends, acquaintance and stranger) financially and emotionally because it brings joy to me and God's blessings too.
It heartbreaking when some people who are close don't reciprocate that. I don't help to get it back but it feels good knowing someone has your back.
The people I want to be helpful to now are family and friends who are good to me and strangers I don't know.

Make God your best friend else you will be sorry for yourself. I don't believe in having many friends that's why I had 3 and I use to assist all of them.

One was in a position to assist me and he deliberately refused after numerous financial assistance I have given to him so i cut him off and I know God will push him into my hands someday.

The other one was trying to use jazz on me but God shocked him it didn't work so I removed him as friend in my heart even though we talk once in a while, i am waiting for the day i will expose what he did to his face.

The 3rd one is showing signs of betrayal and I am waiting for him to betray me b4 I cancel all of them.

My years of existence has taught me a bitter lesson. No so called friend is happy for you especially when you're doing better than them and even if all of you are poor, the moment one in d group makes money, he or she starts seeing you as an enemy so what's the purpose of keeping friends?

Build yourself up and have anything you want in abundance, take God as your best friend and don't depend on others. Strangers have helped me more than friends.

Not just hard times . When you are getting blessed . That is when you should even be more cautious. Some friends will help you when you are down . Not because they are kind but because they really feel good knowing you are beneath them . When you are blessed is when you truly know who cares about you amongst your friends .
