Good evening house, is a reference letter compulsory for my student visa application as I am using my mum as a sponsor?

GOOD MORNING HOUSE, I AM APPLYING FOR A DIPLOMA PROGRAM AT A UNIVERSITY, AND PART OF THE REQUIREMENT FOR ADMISSION IS A EXPLAIN IN 1 OR 2 SENTENCES WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING SINCE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION, MY QUESTION NOW IS DOES IT REALLY HAVE TO BE 1 OR 2 SENTENCES BECAUSE THAT IS NOT ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING

If your documents bear your grandfather's name, just do a new birth certificate and use your grandfather's name

Hello House, good morning i have a futuristic problem for my visa application, my problem is my name issue
1. my birth certificate as my father name as my surname but unfortunately, my dad is late and my mums financial document bears my grandfather's name also my siblings are using my grandfathers name, please i would like to know if this could create any doubt or affect my application for study visa as we have different surnames but i have some primary school and secondary school result to show that i was using the same surname as them when i was in high school but i also have an affidavit for change of name, PLEASE I NEED YOUR URGENT RESPONSE AND ADVICE

Be sure to get affidavit from high court NOT any other court and you are good..
If possible, state the reason for the mistake on your WEAC certificate. If you have more documents that proofs your correct date, attach them all.

HELLO house, please i have an issue which i am yet very clear about, my WAEC result as a different date from my international PASSPORT and NIN, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, and i have gone to WAEC head offices here in lagos to see if they can correct the error but they said they do not correct error anymore , my question now is hope this wont affect my visa application as i intend to back the certificate with a notarized affidavit ?

I had a similar issue but mine was with the additional letter M. You can go to Waec office oh but friends that went there did end up having to go more than once
So a family friend, one of the officers in charge of passport issue who was the one that discovered this mistake that I have been making advised me to do an affidavit but for date of birth, it is quite serious oh
At least with my affidavit the date of birth was the same thing for all my former documents just the letter M in the name I don't think date of birth can be easily wiped off like that.
No call anybody oh, nobody fit assist you for this situation this is not GCMS matter or application fee person fit help
Abeg either you go and correct it and know you have corrected it or you go swear affidavit hold am FOR NOW, apply first then deal with that after application and send the correct one through webform.

A company sponsorship would be ideal if the full tuition can be paid and the LE transferred to you as a commitment demonstration. A one-year study is well in place for company sponsorship, to allow a participating staff to acquire the required workplace knowledge through the study intent.

In the absence of financial commitment from the company, it would be best to patronize an individual sponsorship. The crucial documents you will need from the company are:

• Source of income proof;
• POF;
• Board resolution – agreeing to the sponsorship and authorization of the funds to be disbursed for the sponsorship intent;
• Evidence of the new office creation (if applicable);
• Office Publication announcing the opportunity (if applicable);
• Others.

The PROBLEM is, my international passport will expire by jan 23,2023...And my admission starts by 9th of jan 2023.

but my highest level of education is high school cert, the 2 years diploma course is also for a managerial position , and i am very close to our general manager , he will to write a letter that my Job is secure at completion of the program ,

I will advise you pursue a managerial course like global business management or strategic Global business management. Make use of the employment letter of a floor supervisor and not a waiter.

I recently got someone visa approval with almost the same profile as you. Only that the hospitality establishment is owned by the brother.

Well at first i was a floor supervisor at one our restaurant then we opened an upscale restaurant , the owner brought in guys from outside because they have more experience as our superior and now more like demoted to a waiter, no one is saying anything but that is what i am doing.
what school can i go for the ontario college certificate ,i really want to get this done for next fall

Why are you going for a diploma and not a PGD(Ontario College Graduate Certificate)?

You are to include pictures of yourself and sis with the husband. If you have wedding pix, you can include it. Marriage certificate of you sis and hubby, your sis birth certificate before she married her hubby if it's available, letter of consent from your sis confirming her relationship with you and to her husband, letter of support from the hubby also confirming the same story written by your sis in the letter of consent.

I believe these should work.

Hello house, i intend on applying for Fall next year to Assiniboine community college for a program in tourism management, in regards to that i am preparing my study visa application documents , and i am really confused with my sponsorship
My dad is late , my mum does not earn much , but i have been working in the hospitality industry even before my died passed on and saved some money, but now my sister husband is willing to provide his bank statement and sponsor my living expenses, my question is how do i prove relation , what supporting document can provide to prove that it is genuine
Note it is for a 2 year diploma course (high school graduate)

If your highest qualification is SSCE, Diploma is good for you.

Supporting documents are dependent on your case scenario: normally, you should submit the following alongside your visa application:
1. Admission letter
2. Tuition deposit if any,
3. Evidence of POF.
4. SOP
5 and others

You can withdraw your money after submission, as IRCC cannot access your statement beyond the one you gave them, and banks do not reveal current balances to them. Although this rarely happens, IRCC sometimes asks for updated bank statements if they suspect the applicant borrowed the funds.

You can apply as a self-sponsor. But note that as a self-sponsor, you would be required to show tuition fees for the duration of your studies. For example, if you are going for a 2-year program, you must show two years' tuition fee and $20,000 for living expenses, assuming you are applying alone. Therefore, I believe it is better to use your mum as a co-sponsor.

My highest level of Education is SSCE ,i did a couple of training ever since then ,and got a JOb , but for me to get a certain managerial position i need this certificate.
Also i would like to know supporting document i can tender with my application to strengthen it?

You can be self sponsored. If you have HND/Bachelor degree, you should go for PGD/PGC or Master's degree depending on your CGPA so as to claim career progression.

Although, Diploma too can work, but post graduate study will give you more strength in convincing the visa officer of your purpose of visit.
