Best for your company to have the money sent to your account while acting as the sponsor. You can then financially support. Your mom can come in as your financial backup, demonstrating her financial buoyancy just in case the sponsorship is withdrawn.

Give a proper explanation to the #60m lump sum by stating the purpose, merits to why you deserve the sponsorship/funds, etc. Another area to give adequate clarity is the reason or motivation behind studying at the undergraduate level given your work experience in your statement. For your consideration, if you need a professional write-up for your SOP/LOE, chat with GCMSWriters on IG/X.

Your employer can provide you with:

• employee directory, highlighting your column;

• proof of previous sponsorship of its employee for study, seminars, or workshops;

• letter of sponsorship – why you deserve the opportunity;

• board resolution letter – approving the sponsorship funds, the disbursement date, the bank account details to be used for the intent, etc. ;

• certificate of incorporation;

• bank statement, etc.

Good morning house, I just my admission deferred to another entry, either I come in Sept or January,
I was denied Study visa last year based on financial reason.
Now I am planning to reapply once I get my PAL in 2 weeks time,
In my first application my mother was my sponsor, the company I work for wrote a letter that they will be supporting with about 35% of my tuition fee. Now the same company I work for is willing to send about 60million to my account to show more seriousness from them and show that I have access to the money.
My Question is
1. Is it a good idea the money is in my account since I am going for an undergraduate program for 2 years
2. Should the money be in my mother who was my initial sponsor.
3. What other document can my company to strengthen my application.
Please help a brother

I have my friend got his PAL from University of Regina last week. But the admssion is for resumption on first week of May.If we put in the application this week, can we make it before then.

it is free to defer, you only have to show your letter of denial.

This financial stability not only strengthens your visa application but also demonstrates your ability to support yourself throughout your initial period of stay in the country.

She is trying to liquidate the money directly into my account, will that work, but also will having part of the money in my as an undergraduate be red flag, note I have also have work experience and payslip as well

Try to include her source of income too (business receipts and registration documents, pay slips, investment liquidation documents, etc).

If the sponsor was your mum, did you submit your birth certificate ?

If you did, then your mum can transfer part of the money to your account. And you submit the two statements.

Ordinarily, the VO shouldn't be concerned about access to money when your mother is the sponsor. I hope her account statement was ok in the first place.

The current processing time is 10 weeks, more or less. The sooner you reapply, the better.

I have been working for 6 years, salary just increased to 200k, The supporting documents for my mum are cac, certificate of investment liquidation(verifiable) business receipt, affidavit of sponsorship, letter of sponsorship, and affidavit of relationship. for my sister I submitted a deed gift.

How long have you been working that you practically had zero contribution to fund your own education atleast from the things you listed here. The funds you listed here were from your mum and sister and company?
What supporting docs did you submit for your mum, sister and the company. Especially proving relationships and why they should all sponsor you.
And your SOP, how did you cover all this inside?
Looking at it, you probably failed to show demonstration that either your mum and the company will meet their obligations.
How healthy is the company's acct?
How many years duration and finally your mum acct, any unexplained lump sums and volatile balances

Good afternoon house, The company I work for is writing a study leave approval letter in support of my career growth They will be supporting me with 10,000 dollars yearly and I will be getting my monthly salary, This is written on our letterhead signed by our HR, my mother will also be co-sponsoring my education and I have all necessary docs.
so my cosign is, are there any other docs I should get from my company to support the claim and do I stand a good chance with this sponsorship?
