@ bimbo,was at the VFS office yesterday but they checked but was not ready yet,they ask me to check back on wednesday.as soon as I get it,i would notify you.The season at the VFS office was calm,so many complaints about refusals, wld kip u updated.

@ohk9ner,no email yet,the embassy is so annoying,no one knows the processing times of the application for Vistor visa,I guess is high time I have to go to the embassy.wld update you as soon as I take the step.

@alldmoney,sorry for the visa refusal,try to get your passport back from the agents and give it a shot again. This Canadian embassy are quite funny,why did they keep your application for over 2months when they don't want to grant you a Visa. The Government need to put them into order,we not slaves in our fatherland,we deserve some respect . its quite annoying .

@bimbo,i still dey 9ja oooo,no update yet from the embassy,i guess Canadian embassy in lagos is using a Snail method. Thats why it's taking this long. Team Hopeful.

I also applied May 26,an the events am going for was july 5,have not heard frm the embassy till date,is all about Grace,keep the faith,prayer go a long way,be hopeful,something good would happen.Be positive and hope in God.

@ bimbo,i called vfs today and they request for my tracking number,and few mins later she confirmed that it's still in processing at the canada visa office in lagos. I spoke with an immigration Lawyer today,he confirmed the period used for processing a visitor visa is longer and nothing less than 54days because they now issue visa according to your passport Validity and mostly a multiple entry. Let's keep the Prayer and Fasting rolling,our patience would not be in Vain,we would all give testimonies by God grace.

I guessed almost all visitor visa applications are pending for now,my friend applied for a student visa June 6 and was called for medical last week friday,it's like this VOs are insane for neglecting our applications,woud try to go to the Embassy this week to make a compliant and know the status of my application, Canada is not Heaven On Earth,USA give almost 70% of applicants that applied on a daily basis as quoted by the consular.its so annoying the way we been treated in our fartherland,its a pity.

@ bimbo,mine was on two basis sports and tourist,the sport competition ended yesterday,but don't think it would affect since it's a tourist visa,something good would happen this Week,just keep the faith,it would end in praise.

@bimbofela,the Canadian embassy have changed there processing time for visitor visa,it has been updated on the CIC website,it takes 54 working days now.So hopeful you would get your package next week,wish you best of luck.

@ bimbo,we just been hopeful abt the visa outcome,no info yet,don't knw why the Canadian embassy is treating applicants this way,maybe the VO's are on recession. Sent them an email yesterday no response from them till now.Lets keep the prayers and fasting going.
