On the RDM test, there will be four Assessment, 1. written assesment, 2. one on one interview or 3. Presentation and 4. Group discussion.
Written assesment will be for 15mins to answer lyk 10 questions or so, but they r quite simple maths n eng, n u'll have enof time, for the interview, u will have 10 predefined questions asked by a team of 3 interviewers, i can rem d questions but they r related with d job, one of dem is describe ur most memorable experience (relationship) then anoda is how much, i did well with interviewers i said btw 80-150 or so u cld inquire sha, try 2 smile alot n be confident, for the presentation, u will be given a flipchart, u will be expected to present an idea which at first u will have lyk just 10-15mins to write on d flip chart paper, this will be given 2 u later and u will be given anoda 15mins to present d idea to a team (your team) you r expected to sell d idea to dem as a team, then u r expected 2 discuss on a topic as a team , u n other interviewees will be broken in2 groups of lyk 7 ppl, try to contribute meaningfully in d discussion if possible lead d group, they will get back 2 u with results in less dan 2weeks, work very well wth this n plan an idea 2 write for the presentation as this pose more of d challenge, that was where i messed up, u must pass all four session, no mata how high u score in all, if u score below average in one, n score even 100% in d rest u wont go thru, beta u score 50,50,50,50, make sure u perform above average in all, then d job is urs,
