Merry xmas everyone.... thanks alot for the reply..i appreciate it greatly... she banks it in her own personal
Account and not the company's account...

bigtt76:
Doesn't she bank part of the funds realized from sales?

Looks complicated though because she would need to show strong ties to her home country Nigeria. Though her son-in-law is footing the trip, she also needs to show that she will return back to Nigeria at the end of her trip and not retort to accessing public funds especially for health.

The son-in-law needs to provide all documentation including but not limited to mortgage documents (or contract for apartment rental), bank statements and letter of invitation.

Even if the statement account shows an amount is paid monthly by a company, isn't that enough proof cos even d first company I ever worked never issue payslips this is because my mums business, doesn't issue it at all...

From the little i have gathered here, payslips are essential. as its thre document that shows your source of income, your bank statement alone doesnt say anything about how the funds in your account are gotten
Thanks for the reply,God bless you much, what if i dont have a picture of both of us together, can the letter from the lawyer do,and the property document do and the proof a certain amount is paid into my account yearly..because me no get pinshurrrrr oooo...

As per the money you recieve from ur late grandma's property, there is a question in the form that asks about savings from properties and rent, fill how much it comes to on a monthly basis and then explain in the additional information that u recieve money from your late grandma's property. Also put photocopies of the property documents and your grandma's death certificate as well as pictures you have with her. It worked for me. A letter from the lawyer would also suffice.
About the business registration, i believe even if you register it now, it will still be too young to use for ur visa application. So,u can register it now, but not for the purpose of this application.
Good day,I want to ask,I posted something last week concerning me been refused,I said I work in my mums shop, earn 80k and sometimes depending on the sales I get bonuses,n I also sell Ankara prints in her shop because she sells laces,so it's still her line of business, I just started doing that,so asides d salary paid, I have another savings from the Ankara business which all d money I make enters one single account,so my question is since it's a small business do I need to register the small ankara business again cos that's one of my income which I wrote in the application but didn't put proof.I wana know how to go about it,and also I have an inheritance always paid into my account yearly from my late grandma, the lawyer collects it money from the tenant and pay into my account yearly,do I need to get a note from the lawyer or something .so now I have 2 pending issues which I need advice on

Evening everyone, pls can I know d documents I need to present if I want to re apply again next yr,as I said my mum owns a fabric shop and I run d business, paid a monthly salary of 80k and sometimes depending on d sales for the month I get bonuses, which I use to receive by cash before, but since that's part of the reason I was refused, she needs to be paying it in my account from her company's account, then by d side I sell African prints (Ankara)still in the shop because she deals with just laces,so I have backup asides d monthly salary I collect,no dependents yet,cos I dont v siblings and my mum plans on retiring soon so I'd definitely take over her biz in few years by God's grace. Then also im also a member of an NGO where im very active, but of cos no salary there but we have activities we do,So pls good people,if I wana re apply next yr I need to no d documents I need to present so I know next time I'm applying,I'd be killing them...winks.thanks a lot and I'd appreciate ur contributions.God bless

Good afternoon everyone,I need advice on this issue tho,I got my refusal letter yesterday and it was a bit painful, but I guess it was an eye opener for me. This is how it goes,I have been to UK before now,but the last time I travelled was 11 years ago,so o decided to apply again to visit my family(cousins) and to enjoy my leave as least.I work with my mum,she sells fabrics in Lagos and I kind of manage her business and she does as herself, my salary is not fixed because I run the business with her,she sells lace,I del Ankara in the same shop,so I filled in my application stating I'm the store manager in the shop and am hand paid a salary of 80k and also she will be supporting me on this trip because am still a dependent of her. Then they stated their reasons saying I have some credit transactions in my account which can't be traced, and they are not sure I will be able to fund myself,it's a personal account where I make transfers from my other bank to d account I submitted and also people send in money into that same account..pls help I'm loosing it..I need help
