It is no news that the Super Eagles failed yet again to qualify for the Nations Cup. In the past, the NFA NFF have tried to achieve success by appointing foreign coaches into various positions. They have given us a foreign national team coach, assistant national team coach and technical adviser, so what stops us from trying a foreign NFF president?

Amaju Pinick, went ahead to appoint an arrogant, inexperienced coach (but an experienced sport analyst on Super Sport ) as the national team coach, and he expects him to perform magic. The man can not do more than his capabilities, and that is why he bailed on his job when he sensed his own failure (forget the flimsy excuse he gave.) He could just have blackmailed them in the press and still kept his job, like Keshi did. A Manu Garuba was better suited for the job than that guy.

I would suggest that NFF and Pinick should drop that nonsense idea/thought of appointing a foreigner that would not even stay in the country (aka shit-hole in his eyes) and yet charge exorbitant money in Dollars, but train a local coach and his staffs. They should concentrate our Money, their Energy and time on just this coach and motivate him to develop a real football philosophy (no more "di'en di'en" soccer) for the Super Eagles. In short, they should put all our/their eggs in one basket and watch is for us, as Andrew Carnegie advised.

An adage says: those who live in a glass house (NFF actually lives in a glass house ) should not throw stones -- If Amaju Pinick and NFF, decides the get a foreign national team coach, then I would suggest he also vacates his seat for a foreign NFF president, since they are our gods.

i am into turkey farming ,i bought ten foreign turkey from obasanjo from Agent ,i lost one boiler and one turkey five day later reason i dont know ,but i increase the heat but on the third week ,they start dying one by one what i observed their legs start getting weak and they can stad while others will march them,after give all medication ,gumboro,fowl pox lasota according antibiotics

From the little I know:

What type of feed are you giving them? I hope the protein content is not too high, since their body weight would be too high for the weak leg bones to support. And I hope you are not giving them calcium in any form? It's best you allow their bones develop naturally at infant.

Yes and No
Yes because It all depends on your vaccination experience as a poultry farmer.
In most cases if you have been activity involved in carrying out vaccination activities over time, you would have a better understanding of the right dosage as well as right method of application of the vaccination process either by spraying, oral/ocular , subcutaneously or intramuscularly etc.
If you do have this vaccination experience cum knowledge, then definitely you don’t really need the services of a Doctor to carry out vaccination
However, if you don’t have any detailed knowledge of these, then NO!.... you have no choice than to engage the services of an experienced poultry veterinary doctor .
