You are right about the Alipay... I tried to load it with different card recently and it's giving me processing error. Later I use the card to pay online which is international transaction as well.

Simple, add a new address to your shipping address, with the info of the person that will pick it up, phone number included (post office no go call international number o ) .
And when u are checking out, choose the address you wanna send it to

According to Ikeja PO, u ave to tender photocopy of ur ID card and the person 's. The ID must bear the same name with what is on the item ordered.
