question 6 is like example two 8+7 =15 and 7+5=12

That's the probem exactly. Seems like the examples need different methods which is not supposed to be. I can't seem to find a single method that works on both examples.

NO CLEARANCE
I was told sha. Anticipated!
When I called the dealer, he said there's no need for a CLEARANCE since
its an old vehicle. My neighbour who uses a 1999 Nissan Primera bought in 2011
also confirmed that he has never been asked for a CLEARANCE on the highway
for his car eversince he bought it even though he has the document.
I dont even intake taking her outta my state.

I hope my feedback is not late. I used a Honda Civic 2000 v tec and I can tell you you it is a good car. Though I got it brand new I used it for more than 10 years. Civic has different versions ie lxi, the lowest followed by existing and exi premium and then the v tec. You have not identified the version you are considering.
You will suprised to hear that I prefer Honda to Toyota. After the Civic I now use a Honda pilot which is another great car.

Good morning OP, this particular civic is a very good car,had a friend back in uni who owned one,very rugged,cheap maintenance and very fuel efficient,a good buy I must say but for 1m!!! That’s on the high side for an older Honda, consider buying a newer model civic say 03-05, your budget would get you a clean used one.Its easier to source for replacement parts (headlamps,brake lamps,body and interior trim) for newer cars as opposed to older ones
