Misleading hedine here.. He was just warning them not to take actions that the court will later now say it's illegal and sack them..even if they win elections. He didn't say he will not declare them the winner...he mentioned COURT |
yarimo:His eyes dey blur for now.. Road never clear... The man no wan jump enter water finish, make he cone dey shout cold ![]() |
Na schools wey dey under the bridge dem go ![]() Oh....Na republic of Niger dem school...toor |
Jesters ... jokers... Alawada set of people . ![]() I don't understand what's wrong with these people...one would have expected them to call the aggrieved members of the other faction of ADC together today and find a political solution. Withdraw all suits and form an inclusive NWC...these guys cannot solve simple issues and always crying like a baby |
Wike is right about Gov. Bala...he is unstable... Loads of indecision dey worry am.. ADC today...APC tomorrow... Very confused |
Go ahead bro... Una no dey learn.. In VDM voice....You go learn the very hard way. Please go ahead . |
“It is very embarrassing. He said he went to see Mr. President three times. What did he go and see Mr. President for ? How will someone from another party fix your problem in another party ?” he noted. The Chairman of the PDP Governors forum for that matter.. Running to the opposition for solutions to the internal problems of your party ![]() Very shameful. Everything crumbles under his watch.. |
This Prof and his conjectures of recent... I don't understand him again.. A well respected erudite..now with conjectures like beer parlour gist. Before now, the Prof Odinkalu I used to know will speak the truth, devoid of sentiments... What stops ADC from doing the very basic right thing in putting their house in order? You saw a potential legal issue that can derail the party and it wasn't handled with serious attention it needed...and even political negotiations if necessary ![]() Now the court is speaking and everyone is blaming INEC ![]() As how na Na wa o |
"Now Peter Obi has joined the same Atiku, who they once said was b@d.” Politician done carry Pastor goal goal ...Pastor lose guard...dey go trust politician...Naija Politician at that ![]() |
How the mighty have fallen.... The great Mike Ozekhome have been silent from political space and public commentary since this case became known to the public. Make everyone dey very careful....the ground wey una dey trek so, for dey slippery |
LagosOrigin:That's apples and oranges kind of discussions. |
Gotocourt:I totally agree with you.. that's why a sincerely united opposition force would have beaten him silly by 3pm on elections day. Sadly, individual ambitions and indecision on who should run in an election that's is less than 1 year away is a huge factor! |
AMINDA:Still your usual conjectures. Explain why Gawuna, if truly has the numbers you are claiming he has.. lost his LGA, winning just 1 ward out of 12 in the last elections he was on the ballot and backed by incumbent. |
LagosOrigin:Can you explain why he lost his own LGA in the last election... winning just his own wards out of 12 In an election he was on the ballot and backed by the incumbent![]() |
Mr Nasir Gawuna ...with over 800k votes .. aligning with elections veteran like Kwankwoso in Kano is a plus. Should this addition naturally translate into increase huge figures...the answer is No. The reasons sre simple...The only force here is still Kwankwoso and not Gawuna. This is because, Gawuna reportedly only managed to win his ward in an elections he was on the ballot...he lost 11 wards and lost his LGA in the last elections. NNPP candidate backed by this same Kwankwoso won in 11 wards and this LGA. So, I believe it is Kwankwoso's figures he will inherit. Kwankwoso needs him as a candidate to run Kano gubernatorial..and that's all. My own permutations...if there are no other defections from APC to ADC....I think Governor Kabiru has a chance.....teaming up with Ganduje and other APC's heavyweight...his own performance ratings will be decisive to know if he can defeat Kwankwoso. For now, Gawuna is not adding any electoral figures to Kwankwoso |
reddingtonblack:I love your submission...it's true the North may want to take a risk and see if they can snatch power in 2027.. The problem here is, will they get this support from SE power bloc Will Peter Obi and his supporters support a Northern ticket of it's not PO on the ballot Will the NC support a core Northern candidate at this period![]() Remember, Atiku couldn't get 25% votes in 24 states in the last elections..meaning, a SE votes is equally as important as the northern votes These are the questions. |
AMINDA:AMINDA has much as I love to engage you.. because you know I love some of your views.. Whenever I sensed you are adding conjectures and propaganda to drive home your point..na there I dey leave you. Your permutations have never been correct on Nairaland before.. because you analyse with sentiments Have a good day. ![]() |
givedemwotowoto:I love your response, except the part bolded. Maybe you shave checked my profile before assuming I am a particular person's supporter. Many of us in this forum analyse Nigeria's politics without sentiments or emotions..we come here to learn from other brilliant minds. When you pick this kind of bias, we both will not learn anything. Back to your beautiful point...the issue here is power rotation. It's a huge factor. When SE voted OBJ...he was contesting against another SW man. Tinubu won't win SW 100% in 2023, because a PO was a force and the performance of the incumbent at the time worked against him. There was partial acceptance within the APC circle. We can't compare those events with what we have now.. 1. Regional power rotation favours him .2 He will go into this election as a ruling party candidate that has almost everyone in his party's support. That's why I think it will be an herculean task to defeat him. Remember how Jonathan lost....a powerful block from PDP moved to APC..with almost 5 Governors..joining forces with an election veteran called Buhari and backed by Tinubu's powers in SW. We can't say this about ADC |
AMINDA:I love analysing our politics without sentiments or emotions. Nigeria's political system is diverse, especially for politicians that have seen our resources as National Cake that everyone must have a bite. In governance, sharing of this cake has never been balanced. Those whose interests have been badly affected will jump to the opposition and those who are eating something tangible will remain, and if they were at the oppositions before, they will align. Sadly, that's how these guys have been ruling us over the years. Will the so called betrayer be enough to defeat APC, considering the numbers of alignment they have equally received Time will tell. |
givedemwotowoto:They have proven over time that they don't play one eye-man kind of politics.. Just 4 years before power goes back to the North... anyone that thinks the North will trade this for a potential new President that will spend 8 years doesn't know politics. He won't be betrayed.. |
"But before Obi should be made the consensus candidate. He has to be made to swear with anything or gods they have to consult that he will only complete the remaining 4yr tenure of the south and hand over to the North" The bolded won't happen... It's called politics for a reason There is no political logical way out for the opposition... All political permutations favours APC .. Our elections are based majorly on regional considerations ...and this is exactly why no permutations favours the opposition. Take a look at those in ADC...the ones that have the capacity to win elections in the South is Peter Obi..he can only achieve this if the North fully supports him....but Regional considerations of the North expecting Power in 2031 will not allow them to support him...it's a plain logical truth. If you take any aspirant in ADC from the North...say Atiku...he can win if he gets the support of the South ...but, Regional considerations comes in again on the bias that North has done 8 years .the south just did 4 ...so the south will neveysupprt Atiku. So, regional considerations is the major road block to ADC chances. A Goodluck Jonathan, that has just one constitutional term, if he joins ADC can be more appealing to the North and get their support....Can he get the ADC and get their ticket? He is not even in consideration |
Na so.. Politics is about personal interests.. Nothing more or less.. Politicians are comfortable at the political party where their interests is guaranteed and also where they feel they can win elections. No politician is in politics because of the usual rhetorics of "I want to serve my people" "my people ask me to contest" "I will do one term" They are all liars ..it's about their selfish interests only |
SeverusSnape:It truly you dey buy egg opolo.. You go know say na lie. Marketers can't use this gimmick to up prices anymore...e don cast ![]() |
bestfriday:This should actually raise loads of probing questions in any mind that is truly ready to learn. I mean the very one ready to be educated. Your comments doesn't show you wan learn...so no talk anything about "educative post" |
Na so... Words are powerful... A Yoruba adage will say "Eyin l'oun...to ba ja'bo ko se ko mo (Words are eggs, once spoken ..it's hits the ground and breaks ..it cannot be recovered) You don misyarn man ! |
![]() Just wasting una money... Dem go say una lack locus now ![]() |
Politicians play politics...only when dem wan share National cake, National assets...Future of common man...future of Nigerians simply put! When it comes to their normal personal relationships...they align.. That's why you see them giving their children's hand in marriage to eachother.. That's why you see their children in different political parties, different from those or their parents.. That's why you see their children hanging out together.. That's why you see them gather together during social functions...including birthdays, marriage and burials of their aged. Use your head...when it comes to politics..na selfish interests on how best to share National cake... Nothing personal! So, stop makeing enemies because of these guys! |
Racoon:...and those wey go Ibadan go chop Amala, Gbegiri and Awedu are lawful politicians ![]() Lol...Na family affair..you better leave these guys..they know what they are all doing.. |
"However, Abubakar, in a statement on Sunday, dismissed the claimed resolution as “nothing more than political theatrics,” insisting the matter is “far from resolved” and remains subject to ongoing legal proceedings." What ecayis the interests of Atiku Abubakar, in seeing the disputes lingers ![]() If the parties have agreed to end the legal dispute, why not celebrate with Nigeria...must everything be Politics ![]() |
Na dem messup... Not waiting out that court directive that restricted them from going ahead with the IBadan convention broke their back. Na catch-up dem dey do now. |
"We inherited a very terrible debt of over N13 trillion and 2,068 projects as of May 2023. You cannot drive through any road in this country for one hour without encountering bad roads. That is becoming history based on what the President is doing,” Umahi stated. The bolded na big lie...Late President Buhari gave us Lagos -Ibadan Expressway...if e no do anything....I know he did this particular road..that was once a nightmare and death trap..and I dey gbadun the road till now.. God rest his soul |
Jerryblaq:NURTW ![]() You think say na one formal organisation ![]() Don't be surprised all these na wetin dem dey call "initial gragra" for street.. Before you say jack...his own faction will mobilise and chase these ones out again..na so NURTW be. ![]() |
