From my assessment...na two possible outcomes of actions dey play out:

1. Either the whole major political players in oppositions, including Atiku, Obi, Kwankwoso, Datti, Seyi Makinde dey work for Tinubu

2. Tinubu don cast a very strong spell on entire opposition, wey don catch dem..and dey make dem not to think clearly and straight.

Turaki went to FHC Ibadan to affirm his Chairmanship having been elected by the Ibadan Convention....the Wike people said No, the Convention is still subjudice.

Justice Agomuo says NO, the Wike group are the leadership of the PDP. The Woke neigher told the Court they are the right group nor sought from the Court to affirm them the right group.
The Appeal Court held that whilst Agomuo was wrong to have done that, the whole issue has become more academic. The Appeal Court held that ordinarily, it would have struck off the case and taken it back to the FHC to be handled by another job but the issue is not a live controversy. It has now become academic as a result of the fact that the foundation is the Ibadan Convention and the Supreme Court had settled that. Hence, she dismissed the appeal.

On a second appeal, Durosaro SAN represented the PDP and later the Turaki in the PDP case, Ajibade, the National Legal Adviser held that it was his responsibility ito choose who represents the PDP as the NLS. Hear the Appeal Court;

"...While I agree that the suspension of A.K. Ajibade, SAN, elapsed after one month from November 1, 2025, his tenure of office nevertheless expired in December 2025. Either way, A.K. Ajibade, SAN, could not have issued a valid letter of instruction thereafter, unless there was an intervening circumstance. The Objector, in Paragraph 6(h) of the Further Affidavit, deposed that A.K. Ajibade, SAN, was re-elected, without stating when, where, and by whom he was re-elected as the National Legal Adviser of the 2nd Respondent."

Hence, the Appeal Court held that Ajibade in any capacity could not dictate who to represent the PDP. Ajibade is the NLS of the Wike-faction.....

Thank you. We all know what Anyawu and Co did was to setup caretaker committee after the expiration of their tenure (this was not challenged at any court) ...and then went on to have a convention in Abuja where they were all elected.

Like we used to say, law is not sentiment and the court will only adjudicate on evidence before the court.

I still believe political solution will be the best now...make dem beg eachother and see how they can allow parties that obtained forms from Turaki's camp contest. They can switch it to consensus kind of arrangement.

Fergie001 say it as it is in clear terms..say it that Abdulrahman's group are the winners as the Appeal Court dismissed Turaki's group suit. Don't let us curry the judgement.

Many have stated that the case has nothing to do with Caretaker committee formed by Anyawu and co that went on to do their Abuja convention and now legally having the organs of the party...NEC and BOT

The loudest factional group of PDP, led by Turaki can now rest.

Many people told them to close ranks after Supreme Court judgement and work with the Abdulrahman's group..they refused.

Those ones have now legally claimed the party and this issue cannot be successfully tried again...the Court will simply be telling them "internal affairs"
