He abandoned his style of play to fit the players and it went downhill from there. Amorim should be drumming it into those clowns. We are going to draw and loss games as Amorim drills his style of play into this players. It's going to take a while for the players to get use to their positioning and what to do with or without the ball. Implementing his style of play fully is going to help us in the long run just like Pep and Arteta. If it takes losing and drawing 2 to 4 games to get us dominating like his Sporting side so be it.
