Dahonest boss, thank you for your reply, going through the University of Vaasa website now, it seems they starts their own admisssion process in January, but what baffles me is that they state that the student permit will have to be renewed each year. Which means since masters is two academic sessions, which is two years, one need to renew the visa after each academic session right?
Below is what I copied from there site: Extension of the Residence Permit

[i][b]A residence permit granted to a student is a temporary permit (bearing the letter B). It is granted for the duration of your studies provided that studies do not exceed length of one year. If your studies do exceed one year, the residence permit is granted for one year at the time. In order to have your residence permit extended, you must still be enrolled in the same educational institute and present a proof of having studied full-time and having completed the courses required by the educational institute concerned. Please note that completion of less than full-time studies may lead to rejection of your application to extend the residence permit.

The extension of residence permit is granted by the local police station. When applying for an extension of the residence permit, students must fill in the application forms (OLE_OPI and necessary appendices) carefully, submit a Certificate of Attendance and their Transcript of Records, show that their income is secured for the next academic year (500 euros a month or 6000 euros for a year) and that they have a valid insurance, pay the application fee, and submit photos with the application. The Certificate of Attendance and Transcript of Records can be obtained from the International Office.

As from 1 January 2012, the Finnish Immigration Service and the Finnish police introduced an e-service for the purpose of handling foreigners’ permit and license matters. Among other features, the e-service enables customers to submit an application and to follow the progress of its processing.

Lastly, what is the likelihood of getting a job after graduation, and during studies?

Please I want to ask two questions from you;
1. I want to know if a student can actually come to Finland with his/her dependant, and if yes, can the dependant work full time? And can the dependant also go to school afterwards in Finland?
2. On checking the joint universities/schools in Finland, I only saw about 10, is that all the Universities in Finland? And lastly can a student route lead to residency/finnish citizen.

@all, I think dot.man is correct, because I also heard from an insider that the recruitment is massive, both retail and operations staffs, and it will be done as soon as the MD gives his approval. Though, the waiting game is not easy, but let's keep our fingers cross and be steadfad in prayers.

@Iya egin, I was interviewed for a marketing position, because they ask me what percentage of my target do I often meet. You should be called next week, because the lady said it is an ongoing process, so let's see how it will play out.
@Dr Wise, I am not sure whether they have started calling for the second stage, but I think the second stage should be with the bank. Or what did you think/hear?

@Adewumi7, I did my interview today. I was asked about my job function where I work and experience. Also the lady asked questions like how much do I earn now, and how much do I wish to earn, and that is there any bank I don't wish to work for, and I told her I am not willing to work for a Microfinance bank.
Lastly, she said it is an ongoing recruitment, and that it is either the bank or Michael Steven gets back to us.
I tried asking her for the name of the bank, but she didn't tell me.

@Iya egin, am not sure if it is for graduate trainee, as it is for experienced, however I don't rule out the likelihood that we can also be trained too, so as to be farmiliar with FBN identity/culture. Also I don't think the opening is for lagos residents only. If I may ask, when did u apply, have you filled out their pre-employment form?
