more pictures from Tonimas' funeral ceremony
|
These are some of the pictures from the funeral ceremony of High Chief (Dr.) Anthony Obiagbaoso Enukaeme OON (aka, Tonimas Nigeria Limited), in his hometown at Neni in Anaocha LGA, Anambra State. Tonimas, until his death was the the traditional Prime Minister (Onowu) of Neni. He was one of the most philanthropic business tycoons, with net worth of over $500 million. He was a full time businessman in the oil and gas (up and down streams) sectors, with headquarters in Aba Abia state. He was a devoted Christian who believed so much in heaven and hell. he usually sponsor a program on local radio and television station "Tonimas half hour ", which was a business promotion program, but had never ceased to preach the gospel of Christ during the program which has been on air for over two decades now. He always made reference to his death, noting that whenever he dies, that he wished that Hallelujah chorus should be sang at his grave side and throughout his funeral. He was indeed a multi-millionaire with a difference and flair for the kingdom of God. He also demonstrated this, by single-handedly building a church from scratch to screed and handed it over to the Anglican church in his hometown. There were so many other gestures and goodwill this man of faith left behind as a legacy for the world and posterity unborn to remember him for, which words can't describe and letters can't contain. He was indeed a gift from God to men. Rest in Peace a man of Peace and Goodwill till we meet to part no more. May the angels and hosts of heavens welcome you and God receives your placid soul in his paradise... Goodnight Tonimas Goodnight Onowu Neni Goodnight Anthony Enuagbaoso Enukaeme.

But to be sincere, I still wonder what people go to find in the church on Sunday morning after Saturday night marathon sex. Some still keep their bedfellow behind and went to confess sin in the church, but return to continue from where they stopped. During the preaching, they keep listening and in their heart trying to say God will understand. |
HELP!!! SHE HAS REFUSED TO LEAVE BUT NOT MY CHOICE ! This Lady you're seeing by my side I don't know her ooo. We met on Friday at a Snacks Bar. I called her to sit by my side after buying two Plates of Pepper Soup, Fried Snails and four bottles of Beer. I took her home, one thing led to another, we had Non-stop sex till morning hoping that she will go her way but she pleaded me to spend another night again ,I accepted we had marathon sex again till day break. I woke up to prepare for Sunday church service , gave her 10,000 Naira for her Transport fare, told her to go before I come back , drop the key under the footmat but to my greatest surprise I came back and met her ,she has Cleaned up the house, washed my dirty Clothes and prepared food with the money I gave her. She is said to me "I don't want to go, You've been so nice to me, You'll be a Good Husband". I'm just confused because she is not even my Choice. Please, What advice can you give Me?

I guess it high time nollywood actor understood that you can't visit a beach and expect water or sand not to touch you. |
Homosexuality has displaced ‘sex-for-role’ in Nollywood – Actor Chris Bassey . Nollywood actor, Chris Bassey, believes that the high rate of homosexuality in Nollywood has sent sex-for-role to the background. The Cross River born thespian, disclosed this in an interview with The Sun News. He believes that sex-for-roles are a thing of the past but another vice has taken over the industry. “The industry is not the way it used to be because now the rate people engage in homosexuality is too high. But then, when a lady presents herself to a man and say ‘I want you to help me, this is what I can do’. There is a way a lady will present herself and the man will listen to her, but not when you want a role or someone to help you, you are going the other way round. Yes, sex-for-role happened in those days, but I believe not anymore. Gone are the days when you for had to sleep with someone to get a role, it doesn’t happen again. Even if it does, the percentage is very, very low. These days, you have directors that have their own academies, they want people to register under them and possibly from there, they can get roles. So, I don’t think sex-for-role is still happening,” he said.

WHAT A BLAST!( Atahiru Jega is dead!) Tuesday, July 21st, 2020 was a day that I will not easily forget in my life. Very early in the morning on that fateful day at our 22K Covid-19 induced temporal camp, he had gone to the bathroom to take his bath. He wasted more time than usual, to an extent that I felt angry with him. "Jega, why are you bathing like a woman? Come out, let me take my own bath, for I am late.", I told him. As he was coming out from the bathroom, he advised me not to be going to fetch water from the Indians' apartment, that some of them are rude and insulted him this morning. I laughed over it and went in to take my own bath. Before I could come out of the bathroom, Jega had left for work. That was the last sight. Today, he is no more. How did it happen? Atahiru Jega( not former INEC Chairman, Professor Atahiru Jega) had gone to the Dangote Refinery warehouse with his boss, Basker Perumal(an Indian) to load some drums of calcium carbide(CaC2) from a 40-foot container that was at the warehouse laydown. They use the calcium carbide at the Dangote Gas Plant (within the refinery) to produce acetylene, which is used in welding pipes in the refinery. Devil is too wicked. Jega had gone with a structural welder, Mr Smart Peter to the container to cut the container's anti-theft-barrier-lock, using gas cutter. As Smart was cutting the lock, the container generated heat and exploded. The explosion, which occurred at about 2:10pm local time, shook the basement of the refinery. "Gbuuuum!", the container exploded. There were balls of fire and dark thick smoke in the air. The explosion threw Smart up to a high altitude to an extent that his body parts were dismembered. Jega's head was smashed. The back of the pickup van was reduced to scrap. The doors of the container flew 20 meters away. The sides of the container was blown into particles, to an extent that it damaged some other containers, adjacent to it. I had never heard or seen such an explosion before in my life. I thought it was a tsunami. I swear, mkponani dey learn work where this one dey. The Dangote Plant Manager, Mr Basker Perumal wept like a baby. "I came with my staff here and I am about to leave without him", he cried out. People around there were consoling him, but he kept on weeping. It was indeed a very sad day for all of us that knew the victims. POSTMORTEM STORIES: The Nigerian Supervisor that was supervising the cutting had begged Jega to take him to buy food at Julius Berger yard, but Jega refused, telling him that his boss was around and might come there anytime and wouldn't want him to start looking for him. Less than ten minutes that the supervisor had gone with another vehicle, came the bang. The Structural welder, Mr Smart Peter had been sacked about five days ago and came back to the refinery to collect his salary, based on the days he had worked. His Indian M.D told him to come at the end of the month to collect it, but he refused. The stories that he told the Indian man touched him and he asked him to resume again. He started work that same day of his death. When that work was given to him to do, he refused doing it at that particular hour, but he reluctantly went, after the supervisor had advised him to do it, that nothing would happen. In order not to attract the wrath of the M.D again, he reluctantly went and met his Waterloo. What a world. Atimes, any disappointment turns to be a blessing in a disguise. God had wanted to save Mr Smart, through the sack, but he came back again and got reemployed. Jega would have still been alive if he had taken the supervisor to go and buy food. It is a very big lesson for all of us. The fear of calcium carbide or acetylene is very key to our safety. I wish Mr Atahiru Jega(Katsina State) and Mr Smart Peter(Plateau State) eternal rest in the bosom of our Almighty God. God knows why. May God give their respective families the fortitude to bear the irreparable losses. Amen! Adieu!

THE RICH FATHER WHO DECAYED ON HIS BED This picture is of a room in the house of a rich father who lived in a high position my hometown. He had two sons, educated them and raised them well, and everything was done for their good. There were conveniences. Then the father retired. Even then, there were pleasures and conveniences. It was fun. The children were intoxicated with the pleasures. Then the father had a stroke and Brain Hemorrhage and paralysis (disability), the children got married, so they put their father in a separate room and hired a servant to take care of him. They left for their honeymoon with their wives for two or three months. Their mother was already dead. They left one of the servants behind and locked the rest of the rooms and left. The sons told the servant to take care, that they would come back in two or three months. They used to give food and drink and good salary to the servant. These people had gone out. When the servant went to make a deal, he would take the key and lock the room. One day he went out and had an accident and died. He had the key to the fathers room. The children were away. They thought the servant was there and everything would be fine. When they returned after three months, they saw that the house was in a state of disrepair. It was locked up. The servant wasn't there. They broke the lock and went inside. And this is the picture of the father who raised his children and gave them a good higher education, property and everything. The father who could not speak, who was unable to walk, died. He could not call for help. He was disabled. For how long he was lying dead in this room? Nobody knows. When we pray, we should ask God to give us righteous kids. May we also treat our parents right whilst they are still alive. And also be there during the time of feebleness and weakness.

jeff1607:we chatted on Facebook and WhatsApp during the period of my trial. He has his pictures on both apps. |
jeff1607:I guess my roommate gave out my facebook details to him, so when he checked it, he discovered we were already friends, so he took it up from there. So, on facebook he has his pictures which I still recognised on badoo when he came on board. |
Carchoice:when he called at first instance, he said my roommate gave him my number, that he's their family doctor, that he's been diagnosed of a sickness and during the interaction he brought me in that I take drugs which he doesn't know what it's main for. That's how the discussion started, I didn't doubt anyone because I knew I was on drugs, that was in 2017. Then chatting me up in 2019 on Badoo was because, in the app you're open to chat with anyone. so, it was at the course of the conversation that we exchanged contact, even though I knew who he was, but he doesn't know me. it was then the conversation continued on whatsapp. |
vikkimimi:According to my ex roommate, he said that his family knows the doctor to his family and that they've had a long standing friendship with him, that even his brothers do visit the doctor in his house, because there was a time the doctor was chatting me on facebook, I never knew how he got to add me as a friend. As we were chatting, he was inviting me over to his house at late hours of the night. My roommate later confirmed it, saying that him and his brother was in the doctor's house at that late hour, when the chat was going on between me and the doctor. So, I can't really say if anything was going on between them. But all I know was that I never got once thought of sleeping with the doctor or my roommate. |
Also late last year, something happened in my office where I work. God's grace, I was able to secure a job in Unizik, in a department where I work. One day, a guy walked into my office because the university management informed all the overstayed students to come and clear their outstanding courses and graduate. So, as they were coming in and registering their courses on my table, this guy came in and was making case for her sister. He pleaded with me to find a way to help her graduate, that she is been suffering from birth complications and that their father is very frail and sick, that I should help her to graduate. When I inquired of her name to know how to be of help, lo and behold, it was the same family of my ex roommate. it was his elder brother soliciting for assistance on behalf of the elder sister. I asked him well and he confirmed everything, but I refused to disclose my identity, because my encounter with their family was not a pleasant one. As a result, I declined to assist, even when I know what to do to help him. I don't know if I did the right thing also, but I just need strong piece of advice from matured minds... Thanks! MOD, please help me push this to the front page. |
