The contractor been arrested is okay, but him been used as an escape goat shouldn't be the reason he is to be arrested, I passed through that church and other places is AKS and it is a trend in AKS to build dome roofed churches. Some of this churches do no have the financial capacity to undertake such job but "me too I get am" mentality will push them into anything. If proper procedures were adopted in the procurement process, then the contractor responsibility in the unfortunate events is just minor, from pics making rounds, there are no supporting beams, a gross failure of design. If you have Evered worked for a church you will know how much they box you to a corner to do their bidding! First arrests should be the church council and all residents pastors, then the designer before the contractor may be considered for arrest. |

Mr first Baba Isa (FBI) A Nigerian lawyer currently in a course in South Korea proposes to his girlfriend Ms Juliet Abuo in a romantic facebook post. DEAR JULIET, I AM SORRY I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE… Dear Juliet, I have pretended for so long that I am happy with what we have, what we share. I put up beautiful pictures of you, of us, online and people shower us with praises; some want what we have but what they don’t know, what you might not know is that all these years with you, I have been unsatisfied… my heart has always yearn for more, for something bigger, for something better. I have buried my head in that pretense for long, wishing that someone will hand me the happiness, the fulfilment and the “more” that I need. Somewhere in the quite crevices of my mind I have always thought I deserve this “more” but the courage and resources to reach out for it has always eluded me… until I met Jiyoung Sok on the plane on my way from Hong Kong to South Korea recently. It was love at first sight. She is beautiful in a way that defies elocution. Born of an Ethiopian mother and Korean father, she has a white skin that is embellished with voracious melanin. She looks like a resurrection of Cleopatra. Our eyes locked. I was petrified. She waved me a smile and like a robot, I reached out for her… Jiyoung flew into my arms and stayed there for a mighty long time. Somewhere in the eternity of that hug, she pulled back and brushed her lips on my cheek. I melted into a sold awakening. That was my moment of epiphany. That was the moment I realized, dear Juliet that I don’t want what we share anymore. That is the moment I got the courage to reach out for the more I have always wanted. Jiyoung Sok’s hug has set me free. I know you must have sensed that I wanted more, I must have hinted it somewhere in our discussions, and you must have sensed I am tired. Well, if you ever did, you are right… Juliet I am tired. I’m tired of the long calls. I’m tired of the Facebook romance. I’m tired of the smiles and goodnights. I love all of these but I want something more. Please let’s break this… let’s go for “more”… you deserve more too. Don’t you think? Let’s break this and build from the fine blocks. Some of our friends and relatives might be disappointed, but hey dear Juliet, it’s our happiness we are talking about here. Let’s stop this please. Let’s go to that dark murky future and search for that more. I am not afraid anymore. No matter who I hurt, I want to do this. I deserve this. You deserve this too. Or don’t you? And I want to do this once and for all. I don’t want to be going back and forth. No. I want to put a final close to where and what we are and have. I don’t want today to interfere with the tomorrow I’m reaching out for. Please don’t blame the Korean beauty, it’s not her fault, this is what I have always yearned for. So please let’s do this properly once and for all. I will be back to Nigeria soon; so please can I come with my friends and family members to pay your bride price on the 15th of December, 2016? On that same day we will ask your father to bless us and usher us into that “more” that I yearn for. And on the 17th of December 2016, I will be waiting for you in the church… will you come with your friends and family let’s take a vow breaking what we have and building “more” from the fine blocks? I love everything you have given me, I enjoy everything we share and have… but I want more… I want a cute little 3-year old like Jiyoung Sok, hugging me every day and brushing her lips on my cheek. I want someone I can annoy for the rest of life, who will not have another house to rush to. I want us to belong together to the sitting room, the kitchen and the other room… Oh the other room… and we will also conquer the world and impact lives… together. Dear Juliet, will you come? Your Boyfriend, who is begging to be your husband, First Baba Isa. 12:15am, Thursday, 3-November-2016, Seoul, South Korea. And She said YES! I celebrate with them. Wish them the best!

Although the game is tagged "girlie" it is a wonderful game if played at the right time. This weekend, I spent my time playing the game here are lessons from the game. 1. We all start from level one. The game doesn't have an alternative for you to choose a level until you'ved unlock level one. Today unlike any other time we all want to start at the top and nothing else. It teaches you the need to begin from level one and build a career or business right through to the top. 2. Patience: we're in fast paced world and patience is becoming too expensive to afford. You have to wait for 20 minute to get an additional play time when you go out of playing time. 3. No one is a looser: sometimes life poses us a challenge, we do want to quit and Fall into depression. However it teaches the need for mental alertness when you press the quit button; the choice is yours when you get the alert, either to try again on be a loser and quit. Just remember quiters don't win and winners don't quit. 4. You learn the need for celebration; nothing is thrilling than hearing "juicy" "sodalicious", "Divin". Although you may not win at the end, there's is a need to celebrate those little achievement along the way. And of you do win there is a bubble and a bear celebrating. A reminder that why you win call family and friends to celebrate. 5.Encouregement provide; unlike other games, there is nothing as "game over", you only get out of move, meaning you can try again when you have new move. The game of life is never over until you stop breathing, you just need to look inward and find a new move. 6. You are not stastic; as the game progress, you could see you are left with just a single bear to free, to move to the next stage, but unfortunately you are out of move. They do let you know you were very close. 7. All hope is not lost. You will get "them" all next time. This one doesn't require an explanation. 8.friends and Cheerleader. Keep a close network of friends that will cheer you up as you progress through life struggles 9. Good music! From the beginning of the game you will hear that nice music inviting you to stay a bit longer again. You have choice to listen to good music that keeps you motivated and happy as you struggle through life. Just cheer up yourself with good sound. 10. It just feel good to play a game with no guns, no knife swing, no police chasing, just some cool lovely game that is actually a game to help you relax.

THE SON OF MAN WRITES..... BACK TO BASE PROFITABLY "Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?" Phil. 1 of 16 Onesimus: (profitable, useful ), the name of the servant or slave in whose behalf Paul wrote the Epistle to Philemon. He was a native, or certainly an inhabitant, of Colosse. ( Colossians 4:9 ) (A.D. 58.) He fled from his master end escaped to Rome, where he was led to embrace the gospel through Pauls instrumentality. After his conversion the most happy and friendly relations sprung up between the teacher and disciple. Whether Paul desired his presence as a personal attendant or as a minister of the gospel is not certain from verse 13 of the epistle. The above pedigree as to Anthropological origin, is to give us an insight into our message. Onesimus stole from his master Philemon, fled and encountered Paul. Beloved! Can I hear you shout: ENCOUNTER?! LOUDER! I will like to define encounter as the coming into the vicinity of a celestial body. Dear friend, we have encountered Jesus. We have had intercourse with Him, we have experienced list...... And He, has cancelled our debts. I've come to speak #GRACE! (Unmerited favour) I don't know your past Your sins are oblivious before me Your offences I know not of Your iniquities, far fetched Your transgressions weighty Your trespasses enormous Your commissions elephantine (I SPEAK CANCELLATION) May be you stole It could be you fornicated I guess you smoke Am thinking is covetousness Could it be anger I presume mal practises It is back biting Adultery I get Come on, theft Or whatsoever I've come with a noticas: It is cancelled. It is erased. It's cleared. Someone is paying off the debts Someone has died for your behalf Someone accepted the feat Someone is speaking for you. Mind you, you're accepted back not as a slave but as a brother, a son and fellow. You might have wandered in your marriage. Your academics has fled Your financial life has abscond Your relationship is folding And that continuous list Copy me, roger that: YOU ARE, MEETING BROTHER PAUL Shout Hallelujah!!! You'll return back to normalcy. Your stability will be restored Your balance is forthcoming But mind you, do not take the #Grace for granted. You will be sent back to that position That office That marriage That school That appointment, irrespective of your flaws, sins and ills. If you believe shout #AMEN That Amen that can cure ebola An Amen that could raise Lazarus That Amen that can clean your sins An Amen that can feed 5,000 Hear me once more You're returning back to base and focus!!!!! UNTIL JESUS TARRIES TO COME I LOVE YOU IN DROPS AND IN EXCESS Affectionately yours, Benny Esquire "The Sage" |
it so sad most of our leaders do not even know the basic economics such as Time value of money! They used it as pocket, spending it and allow for enough circulation for it to get to every one. The problem we are facing now is because the man at the helm is a miser and a free economy doesn't operate that way. Build your state with your portfolio money and allow this leaders to Enjoy their holiday ![]() |
