hey bro even though am light skinned but you could see yourself through my skin. Cream is good but overrated.try and do these things always.

- Always use Dettol liquid anytime you want to have your bath, if you have shower, pour the water into a bucket and add some Dettol to it, this will help eliminate skin disease such eczema, stretch marks etc and your skin will glow.

- make eating of carrots and avocado pear a habit, I mean eat it almost every other day, including other fruits and veggies.

- Try and stay away from hot sun and if must enter use a face cap and when back run to have your bath (_using Dettol).

- if you have successfully gotten the cream you want, after bath ESP night time ( daytime also), don't dry with towel use the cream on it like that and stay close to the fan to dry off.

- Drink Pap (Akamu) regularly

- make sure you have your bath always at least twice a day.

Do this, be dedicated and committed to it and you will marvel at the tremendous changes you will notice .

Just like the op, i have read a lot of books on dating, approaches, social pick up, women psychology and even hypnosis.

All this books are written by white men, but i can tell that they work hundred percent on woman, if you are able to understand and digest the book, you will be able to modify this book amd use the technique on nigerian women.

Let me lay more empahsis on the hypnosis part, Do you know you could fucck that your neighbor that is forming hard to get under one day using hypnosis technique, yeah you heard me, under one day.

Hypnosis doesnt deal with anything spritual or ritual, its all about the state of mind of your target, just a little tweaking with her fantasis and you will be able to f.uck the living day light out of her kitty.

But since you have messed up, try to build rapport with her(pretend to be her friend) then subtily use the hypnosis technique on her....b4 u even bring out your rod of moses to smash you will notice that she is already wet for you.

Ps: sometimes i find some information in that book harmful to some extent, so i won't be giving the info here due to security reason.....
