justwise: Trade carefully with such advise you called 'helpful'
Her first application which was refused was to visit a brother who is now an overstayer and this one is to visit an uncle that was not disclosed before hence the problem..her brother's immigration status will be brought up because he is on their file already and because he overstayed the suspicion will be that she is likely to overstay as well.
Homeoffice knows who has left the country because airlines or other border posts has the list of people going in and out of the country.
The only way you can leave the UK without the authority somehow knowing is when you get smuggled and the car or truck was not searched at the border. The thing is she got married last year, and her in law stays in UK, and wants her to spend Xmass with them, what do you advise? Apply or not |

Advisory: I believe the home does not yet know that the brother had overstayed the Visa, why they only monitor who comes in and do not necessarily know who is gone out ( a lot of people will like to disprove this but that is the plain truth) Her application should be treated on her own merit and as her situation as improved with goof finance she should be fine. NOTE if her brother is caught before then, then it goes on file he is an over stayer which may flag up everyone he has tried to invite before. but like her said if she has got stronger ties to Nigeria she should be fine This is helpful, thanks alot. |

Hello Guys, thanks for the wonderful job here, this trend is of big help and relief to. UK Visa applicants, I need Pls somebody help, a friend was invited by her brother to attend his graduation (Ph'D) she applied for Visa in 2015 and was refused, after outlining the documents and her intentions, below was what they told her.
*I do not find it credible that you would spend nearly your entire savings on the trip to the UK, I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel to the UK now. I am not satisfied that you genuinely intend a short visit only to the UK and that you will leave the UK at the end of the visit or that you have sufficient funds available to cover your costs whilst in UK. Future applications. Any future applications you make will be considered on their individual merits. However you are likely to be refused unless: ¤ your personal circumstances change significantly between now and next application. ¤ you provide compelling new evidence with your next application.
Now she has a registered business running with a good turnover and she is thinking of applying for Visa again to spend xmass, but this time her inlaw which she never mentioned in her previous application is inviting her, her brother still lives in UK but have no right to invite her.my question is 1. Will her previous Visa Refusal affects her? 2. What's the faith of her application now that someone else is inviting her? 3. In the previous application she mentioned she has a brother and now the brothers visa expires and he has refused to come back, will her brothers attitude affects her application? |

Brightingsus: As quite a few people have complained of the ECO stating they did not explain funds or other parts of their application and thereby denying them, I just do hope the TLS truly scans all the documents submitted to them by an applicant. Do they really scan them documents before the applicant or they scan after the applicant has completed biometrics and left the facility? To be honest, I prefer the old style of sending hard copy documents to Sheffield. Just my thoughts... |

They scanned all documents in the applicants presence, the applicant is even issued with a check a check list, where all the documents scanned are indicated. Am beginning to suspect this UK application is luck, let's start praying before applying.. |

justwise: If you are using that account for visa processing then you have a hell of job to convince the ECO that the 2.3M is your net profit from a 7months old business and available for the trip. I think it all depend on the kinda biz am in.. I deal in Agriculture Produce I farm, Buy nd supply. So justifying my Income is no big deal, the description of deposits on my Statement of A/c will explain better. Thanks alot. |

nairacountry: I think the guy stated NET INCOME but not net Profit.
1. You could have as balance as much as available since its a Corporate Account jes be sure it's enough (50% of such bal) to cover your expenses for the duration you will be in the UK 2. You registered a year after you were refused, you shouldn't be worried about that 3. All the Company CAC Registration docs., your coy profile, evidences of job/work/services done/tendered, everything that link you with the company. Above all, 2letters on your coy letterhead stating Resolution for you to embark on the proposed vacation AND another Introducing you, offer to sponsor the trip, and who is designed to take charge while you will be away 4. Why not since you are still in service of the government. State for future purposes; you may need to use this employment for some reasons....... You could only limit your involvement in your company as part time or strictly shareholder 5. No you don't. I had secured UKVisas with 1year+ coy without Tax Clearance Certificate
Thanks A lot, this is just the information I need, u re the best Thanks again.
All the best |

justwise: You mean under 6 months you have made a profit of 2.3M? And you work full time and earn 50K a month? It's a cooperate account not my personal account, in my earlier enquiry I said I was denied visa in 2015 based on financial strength, I used my Personal Alc nd I work with state Govt. On a salary scale of 50k, BUT now I operate a registered Business which I intend to use the company's A/c to travel. And I have a closing bal of 2.3m |

Now my uncle is inviting me to UK he ll flaunt his account, I intend to use the business account to Apply for the Visa in june, my questions are: 1. How much do I need to have as the closing balance? 2. Will they think I registered the business for the sake of Visa? 3. What re the documents I need to tender to them 4. Do I need to show them am still with the state Government? 5. The business is not up to a year but do I still need a Tax clearance certificate? |
