This is not true. My colleagues and I teaches what is current. Lecturers update their notes and most young lecturers are very current and internet compliance. There notes and teaching are at par with global standard. The only thing lacking is facilities which is not their fault. Do you expect lecturers to carry out 1980s kinds of researches and publish them in international journals. In fact the university curriculum had recently been updated by NUC into CCMASS to be in line with global standard
