Dear Friend, are you sincerely ready for the Lord's return? Does your lifestyle/action speak true of the faith you are professing? Are you like the servant in our scripture for meditation who acknowledges his master, but yet harbours evil in his heart and treats his fellow servants without love?

Being ready for Christ is more than in verbal profession; your readiness must be boldly expressed in your way of life, how you act towards the things of God and how you treat your fellows or those you have authority over. A true believer in the Second Coming of Christ, does not build up evil in his/her heart nor subject others to inhumane treatment. Your readiness will be seen in your action.

Oh certainly! Our faith in Christ is an amazing and rewarding experience....however it does not automatically translate into making the world a UTOPIA. Surely, the works of evil may try to persecute us for the reason of our faith and cause us unnecessary difficulty - this we know and are unperturbed nonetheless.

But to claim that "the green pastures on which we will lie (i.e. grace)" will mean a perfect world.
Remember, even Christ was persecuted, as were the apostles - but the amazing thing was that even in difficulty, they had set their heart on something greater - someplace greater.

Becoming a follower of Christ is a Life-long Commitment - Count your cost, be ready to carry your cross and follow Him

This faith we are called into is not a short trip; it is a decision that demands a complete turn around in our old life and surrender to be reformed into the new image of Christ. Any religion that thoroughly emphasize on what you're saying will be vilified everywhere so no religious group does so with action except Jehovah's Witnesses, all others only say this but their words lacks the backing of actions to prove they truly mean what they're saying.

The salvation offered by Christ is a personal fellowship with God. Each of us has to work out and safeguard our the redemption we have received through Christ. Being under any denomination does nothing to include or exclude you ---- your life will tell where your heart lies; with God or for falsehood
