Umuks: Hello guys,
I have been offered admission to University of Tartu for masters in Quantitative Economics. Can I get information or guidance on how to obtain visa here in Nigeria or any other close country that is economical?
I would be very grateful. Thanks You can't get visa from Nigeria, try India or Egypt. Did they ask you to pay any money to accept your offer? |

I don't know if they will request for N.Y.S.C in any process of the admission/visa ... I was thinking of applying in TUT by December You don't need NYSC to Apply to any degree program. Estonia visa application is not opening in Nigeria for now, due to some legal issues. So start making alternative plans, if you are starting your studies in September. |

I think you are right about the tracking, I confirmed it myself today I believe they just started it. But for the hand delivery it's a no no, the NIPOST guy said they don't deliver registered letters. The recipient has to pick up from the post office. |

Fathindos17: Please who knows how to retrieve WAEC original certificate.I wrote my waec last year 2016 and the original certificate isn't out. And TTU has asked me to send the notarized copies of my documents.
Please how can I go about my waec original certificate result likewise the notarization of my documents? There is nothing you can do to get your certificate earlier than normal. But don't worry, just go to WAEC office and ask them to send confirmation of result to your the school. It's quite expensive though. Beg them to send it ASAP. I have used it myself and I know people who have. In this case you won't need notary on it. |

Bros, did NIPOST give you tracking number? Or what website did you track it? Did the school or NIPOST confirm they received your letter by hand. Have you ever received a registered mail through NIPOST before?
Answer this then come and refute my claims. |

mavinc4u: You don't have to say that because Skype interview has not been scheduled yet so anyone getting admission now got it without interview.
So tell us, where they interviewed or not. Bros na u dey set the date or u get insider wey dey tell you when them start to set date for interviews? Don't crack your brain our this one some of us are born different, interview or not protocols must be broken for some of us. |

slysite4real: Bro if you mean NIPOST EMS, yeah that is a speed post. But for the regular NIPOST, you need patience. You just have been lucky! When it happened more than 20x then it is no longer luck. Guy try sending letter to someone u know abroad through the regular NIPOST and see if they deliver or disapoint. Anyway, I'm done with this topic... |

Saintsquare: Thank you boss, kindly explain the registration stuff you mentioned. If you register it, they won't deliver the letter, they will give the recipient a note to pick up the document from the post office and sign for it. If letter isn't delivered for any reason they will bring it back to you. But if it's not registered, they will just deliver it without all the ceremony. |
Travel › Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by aeboiy: 12:20pm On Feb 25, 2017 |
slysite4real: Hi Everyone,
NIPOST does not dispatch your document immediately. It accumulates them before sending. So if your document happens to be among the first letters submitted to NIPOST, it will have to wait for many more documents to come before it is dispatched. This can take weeks. But if your document is among the last set of documents received for that batch, then it will be dispatched immediately. So if you have up to two months deadline for submission, you may use NIPOST, but again there is no responsibility. It can get missing. Your letter can be delivered in letter boxes. But DHL and others will dispatch your document at the latest the following day, and your letter will be delivered to the recipient by hand and you will have peace of mind. It takes 3 days.
Good luck. Oga, don't say what you don't know, nipost dispatch every day, when I say every day I mean every day, except you are talking about pre 2000 NIPOST or maybe the nipost you are talking about is inside one village without access road. I use nipost for all my document even the one I sent to Euro Academy. I have been using them since 2005 and they have lost or delayed my letter |

Godwithme01: Hmm, according to the information i have gathered from this thread, nipost is too slow and might not get there on time. dhl is much more reliable but if you insist. is alright I'm talking out of experience, you letter go reach in 5-7 working days, same delivery time as DHL. Just that u won't be able to track it with nipost.. |

mickeyenglish: I will be paying the application fee through the agency I registered my TOEFL with here in OAU . How long would it take them to fix the Skype interview after app payment, and what comes next?. Alot of interesting Infos about Estonia. I had a chat with a friend's elder Bro in Finland with regards to choosing between Estonia and the Netherlands, and he quickly advised me to go for Estonia. When I asked y he preferred Esti, he reiterated that it was a good testing ground for work and study for students, but my problem is the low income per hour in Estonia. Since I'm going for my second degree, I'm only paying for my first Year. I just hope Tallinn uni does not Bleep me up. They requested a TOEFL score of 71 for my course (Politics and Governance) , and I eventually scored 80 with only 2 days of preparation. Anybody currently studying in Tallinn? Pls, lets help each other out. I'm also willing to continue my masters in International relations in Esti and PhD ( possibly in sweeden or Germany since itz also free in those countries) . I'm looking at the long term effect and consequences of my actions now, and how's itz going to affect my motherland on the long run. Nigeria is due for the right set of politically oriented Earthlings and sound governance, and not the Goodluck Jonathans and Buhari s. and not any form of greener pastures in Europe. I wonder y no one is even thinking bout Lecturing in Europe. Salaries maybe small, but cost of living is low. The school will first access your application and personal statement if everything is okay, you will wait for next phase (interview) if you do well, then comes admission, you will be given a deadline to pay the full tuition fee before you get the acceptance letter to apply for visa. |
