Sorry about that. was paying the tuition fee pre-requisite?

They said I have not paid for the course I want to study. I was given an option to appeal the refusal in Rome through an Italian lawyer, but passed it on.

why did they deny you visa? kindly share your experience.

Hello Nairalanders! I submitted documents for legalization/DoV last year, though my visa application was not successful surprisingly, now am thinking of reapplying this year and I will probably need my DoV.

Wondering if I should write the consulate requesting for it as I only want to bother about pre enrollment this year if I secure admission and not legalization.

In a nutshell, can I get my DoV of last year from the consulate now?

If you or your parents have a good bank statement, please add it, I do tell people that there is nothing like over documentation, so long its all genuine.

Good day all. Pls I got an Erasmus mundus scholarship and will be starting at Italy. Seeing that my tuition, living expense and medical insurance will be fully funded, will I need a statement of account for visa application?
If yes, around how much should I have in the account?

A police woman walked into a black man's house and shot him in cold blood and she is free on bail without losing her job. Guess where it happened?
The kind of racism you experience in some part of USA is unimaginable.
No system is perfect, make good use of your time and opportunity in Finland.

they do care. you have to explain the source of funds in your account. so yes if your parents are the one sponsoring you, you need to have their bank statements showing when they transferred the funds to your account

I paid my cash into my account and I claimed my uncle is my sponsor, the money never reflected in his account.
The only place people have problem is when you claim Mr. A is your sponsor and Mr. B was the one that transferred money to you.
Perhaps, its not a must you use sponsor. I know many people who did not use sponsors.
And what I meant by "it doesn't matter" is: dumping cash is allowed.

hello room, im new on here, please if i may ask a quick question. thanks.

when applying a finnish study visa, is it ok to bring a PARENT'S bank statements as the means of finances ??

IF NOT,
how is their MONEY-DUMPING policy? i.e. lets say prior to applying, its been only a couple thousands/transactions in my account.. now, all of sudden, its 2-3 million naira in the account.

do they go with the flow or they object on it? sayin its money-dumpin ?

if i may get a response on these, it will be appreciated ..
thank u guys.

They don't care, all they need is to see the money there. And try to leave it there till you pick up your trp

Good evening house,
Please I need your candid advice on how to package my Aunt's application. My sister wants her to come and help her take care of her kids in US for a period of 6 months as our mum is late. She doesn't have an account as she's a petty trader but my sister, a certified Nurse wants to sponsor her trip to the US. Please, what can we do to increase her chances of getting a US visa.
Thanks

If you Aunt is advanced in age, let your sister send her an invitation letter claiming she will sponsor her trip and that she wants her to come spend time with her and the children . My sister went to UK in 2015 without showing her bank account, she was invited by one of her husband younger brother. I think it was because of her age anyway (50+)

Yes bro i really made a mistake not to register at the school and that why i want to appeal the decision ..and i did paid the part of the school fee which the school ask me to pay before they send the TRP to me to apply for Visa

Guy appeal ASAP. Let them know your reasons. Talk to Godswill Nkwusi, look for a lawyer that can help with the appeal process. And next time seek advice before you make any move

This is the problem Nigerians are facing. You people are not straight forward at all. You gain Estonia visa and you end up in Spain to work. You are just painting bad image for future Nigerian students. Most advance countries delay Nigerians visa because of people like you.

Make una keep quiet and stop claiming Saint, each and every one of us will do same or are planning to do same thing if opportuned. Help the solve his problem if u can and stop castigating him. Most of us are already planning to move from Estonia to other more lucrative places, Shey na because the guy make uncalculated move?

If they are going to do something, why can't they tell us. Some of us are wasting money traveling up and down trying to find a solution. Part of this money could have been used for school fees.

I wonder why their admission process takes too long. Six months to get an admission. Two months to get two visas to get you to Estonia.

Most Australian and Canadian universities will give you admission within a month or two. So people get admission at different times. Some get in January, others in February, etc till May. So people go to embassy at different times, not all at once. I got in both countries, but when I considered the fees, and with no one guaranteeing me I would survive well financially if I used all my money to travel and pay some initial fees, I reconsidered. One guy we were doing Canada admission together, we applied to same school, has long forgotten he did admission and visa processing. He doesn't reply my email again after he got visa, perhaps he would already have traveled.... since two months now.

In my opinion Estonia should change their approach, admission process should not take 6 months. People who are able to meet up their documentation in March should be given admission. Then some more in April, etc

Them force you to apply?

@All,

Found out a newer method but the problem about posting it on here is it becomes rampant. I know it is a public information and you can research it yourself. (if you like believe me, if you like dont, its your own cup of tea)

It is not by force and i am not charging you for anything, I will only be helping you. If you know you want my help, PM me(only if you have posted on this forum and this particular topic "Re: Lets Talk About Estonia" as a participant and have some ample amount of post, i will ignore any ghost nairalander)

This is for anyone that:

1. Has gotten admission offer and is ready to apply for estonia visa/trp.
2. Ready to travel by Jun 15th

If you try to send a message and i dont accept, dont be offended.

Thank you.

gspace1960:
catfish hybrid is d best of all follow by hetero b4 clarias........BT people prefer clarias bcuz of itz strong resistance 2 disease and oda stuffz(clarias and hetero its like cockerel and broilers in chicken prodtn) .....

I am a breeder. Actually, it is the other way round, heterobancus is the strongest, the reason people dont stock them is because
1. They are violent and carnivorous in nature.
2. they are slow in growth at the initial stage, but when they start growing, they grow to 20kg, I have seen 15kg personally.
3. You can't stock too much in a pond.
4. Only the rich can afford them

Advantages are:
1. Resistance to disease
2. Unlimited growth (15kg about)
3. Long life span (more than 10 years)
4. Very sweet.
5. They don't eat much.
Hybrid:
This is a cross of Heterobancus and Clarias gariepinus.
This, in my opinion is the best if you want to go into Catfish farming. It grows well from the start and resistance to disease is higher than Clarias gariepinus, though they are carnivorous if you do not sort them well.
