Dear Nairaladers,
Pls pardon me if am posting this in a wrong section.
I got a summon order from a district court from Niger state and am based in Abuja.
I dont visit Niger state, i dont have any business there the only thing there is that the complainant relocated from Abuja to Niger and decided to sue me from Niger.
Pls Legal practitioners in the house should advice me. I want to know if the court has the jurisdiction and how should i respond to it because i dont intend going.
Pls i need professional advice.
I would appreciate if this can be pushed to FrontPage for me because i need answers before nextweek tuesday(8/11/2016)

pls hugman, u really need 2 help a brother rite nw, i successfully updated my q11g and i did blind scan which brought back all my channels including new ones but eva since d updates, it has refuse 2 connect to network. it wil show network connection fail. i have tryd MTN, GLO and Etisalat sim, i also tryd mtn usb modem. its stil d same tin. pls wat else can i do?

Wen i was growing up, we had bedbug infestation and we did all we culd but no positive result den we decided 2 fumigate and vacate d hse 4 a weekend. We lock evry lockables- doors, windows, we nearly lock heaven and earth dat weekend. We apply all d applyables- piff paff, gammalin 20, otapiapia, mosquito coil, petrol, kerosene, diesel; we even apply small gas from d propane cylinder in d kitchen and we left.
We came back d followin sunday and dere was no trace of bug, we were so happy dat we shared d testimony in d church but biliv me after a week or 2 dey resurfaced and mind u, we were livin alone in a bungalow. Had it been we had neighbours in d compound, i ll hav sworn dat dey came from d neighbours room.
Not until an expert told us alot about bugs b4 we were able 2 win d war. Eradicatin bugs is not a day job unless u r burnin all ur properties otherwise u ll hav 2 keep fumigating continously till dey r wiped out cos dey always hav eggs and wen u r happy dat dey r gone, dats wen d eggs hatch

Some pple on dis thread tink bedbug is like mosquitoes dat u ll just wipe by simply closin doors and windows, fumigate and ventilate afterwards. If u v had a bedbug infestation den u ll knw dat eradicating dem is hell of a job. Dey ll BUGG ur life just as d name implys dat u ll almost consider burnin d hse down. If anybody has watched "man vs bug" on National geographic channel..... den u ll knw wat am talkin bout

1.make sure your house is neat,and make sure u are not the type that always leave clothes everywhere
2.make sure all the tiny holes in your house are filled up,cus bugs love such place as hide out
3.use nice oily paint to paint your house
4.remove all your food stocks,water and other kitchen utensils
5.not all insecticide like baygons,mortein and co kills bed bugs effectively
6.make sure you use highly concentrated chemicals like Sniper for effective killing,you can miss it with water,kerosene or fuel to reduce the concentration
7.protect yourself with gloves and nose masks while applying chemicals
8.close all windows and doors after application
9.wash body thoroughly...
10.after seven hours,you can open your doors and windows for easy ventilation
11.two hours later,you can sweep your house thoroughly
12.Enjoy your rooms free of bed bugs

Bedbugs r so difficult 2 eradicate just like roaches simply because as u r killing dem so r d eggs hatchin. Owin 2 d fact dat dey hav a very short life cycle, d new hatchlins matures in a short tym and lay eggs b4 u even realise dey r dere. If u rili wanna win dis war, u must b willin 2 vacate d house 4 sumtyms. D insecticides r best applyd @ nites because dats d tym dey com out 2 feed and u hav 2 apply it continously @ 2 or 3 days interval 4 like 2weeks or more and make sure u dnt leave any spot untouched by d insecticides. Also make sure all ur clothes r heated up in d dryer very well b4 returnin dem bak 2 d hse. Goodluck
