The era of working to pay tuition/living expenses is over. Do like Germany and introduce block account where you would have to deposit all required funds and withdraw the portion you need monthly. Non compliance will become zero.

One of my relatives immigrant visas is on processing. We received a below message even after everything is submitted, now, we are not really clear on how to specifically attend to this. There's no any family member that can stand as a sponsor again here.

Instruction received:

" The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: Other income, Assets, Proof of current employment. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview "

My question, is it also possible to attach bank statement of the sponsor showing savings to that can cover the remaining fund required?


And, is there anyway we can contact CEAC?

This petition was filed in Dec 2022 and we are only waiting for this Mama interview date in Lag.

Are you saying parents should dispose of the remaining two, If they are four kids. You people should not be talking like this, unless the family is extremely poor I may suggest one or two kids. But if the parents are trying, four kids are good. I have seen a family that it's the last born that took the responsibility of his Age parents out of 5 kids. I have seen parent mourn the only son they have at old age. To cut story short, if extremely poor, no even bring children come life make them go suffer. But if they are trying, at least 4 kids no too much. Quote me anywhere

My O’level is over 10 years ago, but I meet most of the selected schools English, maths, and Biology prerequisite except- chemistry where I had C6 . I didn’t see anything indicating that I need to be fresh out of high school to apply to any of the colleges I selected
I could be wrong about this- oh I also saw that there is need for a WES evaluation
