I have applied since May 20th and have gotten two messages that my employer needs to submit some documents that is why my visa is being delay? The wife's company give 6135. The husband came in with 6136 which is the current visa that was revoked.

Thankfully he has gotten another sponsor that just gave him 6135, not the initial 6136 he came with. Will this cover his wife?

My question is about the tier 2 visa switch.

I have a colleague who was principal applicant and his wife was dependent. They don't have children yet. Recently my colleague's VISA was revoked and given 60 days notice by home office. His wife's company plan to give her COS/sponsorship.

Can my friend switch to become a dependent under his wife under current visa rules or would he need to find his own COS asap? Anyone with similar experience recently who can share how they navigated the switch.
