You will be the first to die, they will continue to live sleep well and enjoy whatever you leave behind

Consequently you are not sleeping well, you are under stress and living in fear and whatever you fear most will eventually come upon you

So stop that nonsense sleep well and learn to pray cuz your constant checking cannot stop any spiritual attack only your prayers can

Long life is your portion!

Very soon we go fight

I do it as well, it is the duty of every responsible husband and father to always worry about the wellbeing of his family, cos you are the physical form of God they rely on for everything.

Not to brag, but they totally depend and rely on me for everything.

....might be psychological, rooted in past experience.......I dated a girl in year two whose twin sister died in her sleep beside her....
A couple of times she spent the night, she will start tapping me anytime she wakes up seeing me sleeping chest up... Apparentlythats the same position her sister was when she saw her lifeless beside her...

I don't have such past experience.

Almost every hour?? What u are doing means u don't sleep well...
.wait......if u travel leave them for house, how will u cope?? Baba u better relax small......

Whenever they're not around, I sleep better. But immediately I wake up, I turn on my phone to check in on them before saying my prayers.

Hello guys,
I don't know if anybody does this. Since I started a family a little over 5 years ago, subconsciously, I wake up almost every hour to go round and check my wife and son. I observe them sleeping, I listen and observe for breathing, most times I give them a nudge (subconsciously) to check if they're still breathing, if they do not respond, my heart start racing in panic mode, I nudge them slightly harder or push or pat them till they move, then my mind settles down again.

I am starting to get worried about this subconscious act, and I don't know how to stop it 😢😢

Does anyone else do this?
Am I doing the right thing or I'm just worried over something that shouldn't be?🤔🤔

The guy is an arrogant gigolo, you need to see him acting like the king of England when I called him yesterday, I was like who is this untrained over grown baby??

By every standards, your comment is highly toxic and you’re very wrong. You are in business and someone patronizes you, asking for things you feel isn’t necessary, you decline and the deal didn’t go thru. This DOES NOT give you the moral right to come to public space and demean or insult the person in the manner you just did.

Well, emotions most times over rules logic and rational thinking they say!
