Whenever they're not around, I sleep better. But immediately I wake up, I turn on my phone to check in on them before saying my prayers.

Hello guys,
I don't know if anybody does this. Since I started a family a little over 5 years ago, subconsciously, I wake up almost every hour to go round and check my wife and son. I observe them sleeping, I listen and observe for breathing, most times I give them a nudge (subconsciously) to check if they're still breathing, if they do not respond, my heart start racing in panic mode, I nudge them slightly harder or push or pat them till they move, then my mind settles down again.

I am starting to get worried about this subconscious act, and I don't know how to stop it 😢😢


Does anyone else do this?
Am I doing the right thing or I'm just worried over something that shouldn't be?🤔🤔

In my line of duty, and my profession, and in my own little side business I do, a good quality refers to genhine original and not some random knock off or clones.
On the issue of refund, you said you've been asking for my details (so that you would send some of the money and NOT the complete amount I sent to you which I disaggred and is the bone of contention here) but even before you asked for my account details, I sent you my account details for a refund and haven't received it. Like I earlier told you, its absolutely nothing and would not take me anything to leave the money with you and forget about it.
