Use Form A in any Nigerian bank. This is a secure means but not necessarily fast (depends on the bank and branch). Just go to any bank and request to use Form A for BTA/PTA. You have to go with your tuition invoice, offer letter, passport, Certificate (bachelors cert. if for masters) and you are going to write an application for the fee to be debited from your account should you have an account with the bank. Anyway, they will explain to you better when you visit your bank branch. That's it and it will be done at official CBN rate.

You previous question is not elaborate.

However assuming I understand your question correctly. Most schools in Poland DO NOT RECOGNIZE NABTEB. But if you already have a BSc Certificate from Nigeria and you intend to apply for MSc then the answer is yes. You only need BSc and Transcript to apply for MSc.

See ehn, wisdom is profitable to direct. It's better to not apply to a school you're not sure of than to apply, pay tuition and get scammed or even go to school there then see it's not accredited or something. It'll only keep you stuck and regretting.
Check list of universities on https://study.gov.pl/ it's not that difficult. Select one, apply and move.

I'm sure you have your doubts too that's why you're asking. Go for universities you are sure of.

Legal Translation Required

For English Proficiency, IELTS & TOPHEL is not compulsory. English Proficiency Letter is acceptable, but it also should be translated into Polish as well.

All Translations should be by a sworn Polish Translator.
My information is based in my discussion with the school.
