ForumN: ![]() You would need those things he mentioned at some point, especially if you really mean business. His manner of trying to push it down your throath, though speaks of desperation which is common among naija wannabe online business "gurutards". If I may ask, what type of ebiz do you have in mind? |
Edoziesmart:Is it permanent? |
Paperwork:A permanent number or just a one off usage? If it's a permanent number, could you please, let me know what it will cost per month? Thank you. |
Reference:It would be worse to mention Nigeria. I had a client who counseled me once with these words: "Maybe just a tip, and I mean no offence in the slightest. Change your name and come across as a Westerner. People make opinions, and that is life. Whether people want to be racist intentionally or not. People make opinions, and sadly Nigeria does not sit well on internet marketing. Here where I live, off the coast of Africa, in Tenerife, I have plenty of friends from the Senegal, and a few from Nigeria. It can be hard for them to get by. Sadly that is life. Also, don't under sell yourself. Believe me, your English is far better than half the dicks on here that pass themselves off as content writers. I wish you all the best, I sincerely hope you make something great of yourself." That was 2018, when I was cutting my teeth on copywriting. |
DexterousOne:Thanks bro. Actually kind of had a premonition, so I was reluctant to send it but had no choice. I even listed Dubai as my residence, and wanted to make an excuse that I'm stranded in Nigeria because of Covid19. Didn't work as the see anything Nigerian as leprous. I'm OK. We must leave with who we are no matter how painful. Thanks for being kind, brother. |
I lost a contract of $2'500/Month yesterday because my Skype number is Nigerian number. I have concluded negotiation, and I was asked to send my Skype so he would link me with the CEO for final approval. That's how everything went up in flames. I imagine the pain? I'm definitely leaving this shithole of a 'cuntry'. God willing! Nonsense and Nigeria. |
The picture below contains the the thought of a man who seems to be a Kenyan. This Kenyan MP view of family, cheating, and the future is rather weird but thought provoking. My take on this is that: One may argue that there's no good way of doing something bad, but you will agree here that there's sense in nonsense indeed. Let me know what you think. Lalasticlala, Suen.
