NwaChibuzor13:
This simi is undoubtedly the ugliest and most talentless singer in Nigeria. No be her mate be chidinma that repesents elegance, beauty and raw talent? Same goes for that falz that speaks in extremely poor english I can't comprehend. All in the name of trying to sound funny. No be him mates be phyno, runtown and naeto c ? Just listen to that owanbe song by simi, its an epitome of disgrace and embarassment to Nigerian music. The most annoying thing was that she was gallantly supporting the consumption of the dreaded amala and ewedu in Nigerian parties. So sad. cry

ICAN may need a special resolution (at a board meeting to upgrade). The meeting have to be schedule i guess grin
kelvinreality:
I get your point but the fact that they want to upgrade does not mean they have to take another 15 days to upgrade . Going by your logic, if ican can finish marking the exam script within 15 days then nothing is stopping them from releasing the result withing a Month.

From my own point of view, if marking can be done with two weeks then upgrading should not take more than Seven Days. Yeah, ICAN may be generous with marking but their process of releasing result is Slow.

2. This development Program is structured under the Young Professionals Learning Academy and specific learning interventions delivered in phases of 6 months each, to deepen knowledge and build technical breadth and leadership skills necessary for future roles. It includes immersion into various functional areas of the Bank for hands-on experience in projects and various work assignments.

3. On-boarding and orientation programs will enable fast learning and adjustment to the Bank’s belief system in addition to a robust support mechanism by way of mentors, coaches and buddy groups
