Been reading your thread just first page tho..bball is a wonderful game & there was a time i tot i would take it farther than the university & state teams but am passed that now & still got passion for the game...you don't have to be very tall to play tho its an advantage & all those saying u would become muscular are so wrong. All u need is to be be able to move gracefully, speed, balance & strength which you will get from constant training.Learn first to be a very good one on one player, build ur game, know ur strengths and weakness, and flair and just have fun playing the game.when it comes to slam dunking it wasn't really my thing then i can count the number of times i did on a standard court i would rather lay up or shoot in the paint which was my greatest weapon that is hardly blocked and am very good on defense even standing at 5'11.To slam dunk u just need to increase ur vertical leap train ur calves by doing series of squatting either with dumbbells or weights and there is also one u can do leaping like a frog with ur legs from the squatting position and ur hands on ur sides. The best slam dunk king i hv seen face to face was a delta boy on my school team back then Amos standing at about 5'6- 5'7 but the things he did with the ball while going for the jam was always spectacular.Spud Webb won NBA slam dunk contest despite standing at 5'7...ur passion will take u far i would recommend u try to download some street basketball flicks it would help u a lot..the ones i had back then was a blue grass presentation i think And1 street basketball something like that back then there was no google or youtube i had to be at home to record my tapes from the satellite cable to VCR.Get a good spalding ball and let it be ur best friend and companion & also lay ur hands on every material google can provide. All the best be a good one on one player first & the rest will follow
aaawwwwww, thanks thanks

she go born am na.but not in my house ,since she n d husband decided to punish me.if we already HV kids togeda I'll stay but if not I'll move on with my life
even if you had kids for him and you stay, there is already this hole created in your heart that cannot be patched, seeing that husband and the child will only make the hole grow wider

simple accept them all cos u now have a half brother that is also ur step son. Also ur husband is d father of ur mother's child and ur mother is d mother of ur husband's child and finally u hv become d sista to ur mother's child and mother to ur husband child.
that could make a person run mad

Save the orientation for yourself and daughters when and if you decide to get married.
Talk of hypocrites, were you not the one I saw defending the female folks like Samuria X on a thread about how girls can marry anyone for money?
It hurts you that much when they generalise on females, but you can do same to men?

I wonder how you conveniently sampled the entire male folks to arrive at the emboldened. 'still expecting your Amen. If you can't say Amen to that, please keep quiet sweetie, you're just another pharisee.

May God give you a 100% trustworthy man, a man you can trust around THINGS under skirts_ it's actually bliss. I know you have never experienced it.
one last thing to just tell you, you mustn't learn from personal experience/mistakes, other people's is one of the best way to learn and be happy.

Mindfulness:
Profound.

AfricanApple, it seems that she wishes for you better than you are able to wish for yourself. Where along the way did you give up on the desire to be loved and respected?
did you read the comment before this? no if not you wouldn't say that.
who told you I'm not loved and desired, yourself know that despite the underlying love you might for a woman, there is this once in a while you have the urge to 'taste another soup' as they put it
FamilyRe: Husbands And Future Husbands, Please Step In. by AfricanApple(f): 10:00pm On Oct 13, 2015
Yomieluv:
the lack of respect is due to lack of money.

make money, and all other things will fall into place.

a woman that respect the pastor is because she sees the pastor as more successfully than the hubby.

make money and see how even pastors will worship you.

do you think Dangote's wives will respect one silly imam or pastor than him?

bottom line,make Doe.
that is why girls will always 'chop' your money probably without remnants because of this mentality that you guys have really imbed into your brain
