I was diagnosed recently and had to go for treatment. The treatment I got was an injection into the eye and the intent is to reduce the progress of the degradation of the nerves. I also have to work on myself to reduce the things that caused it, in my case, diabetes. The injection cost me 1.5m naira per dose.You will need to be other tests, and she may need more than one dose.
