Congratulations on your sale. But you had a lot of people who wanted to purchase but you completely ignored their requests and questions. Why? |
no fast charging. for this large battery? |
Can you upload a copy of the battery performance report? From an elevated command prompt, run the following commands powercfg /energy powercfg /batteryreport powercfg /sleepstudy |

eye2sabi:For my kids, my aim is to keep saving till they are old enough to venture out on their own. The saved funds will make it a bit easier for them to start out. Not forgetting, teaching them about saving and investing will ensure they don't waste my labours. @op, you also need the constant advice of someone who will guide you right. Learn from my experience. Around 2009, I heard an advert for an investment account. That you could start with 10k. I had a spare 20k, and I invested it. I added 10k twice and forgot all about it. BIG MISTAKE. I should have continued the investment. Around 2013, I checked the account and I had 65k in it. My immediate thoughts were, if I had put in 400k, I might have 650k. And so on.... I continued the account for a while. But because my capital is at risk, I switched to their Money Market Fund (which guarantees capital protection). It has a very low interest rate but my first aim is to save the money. Slow growth, I don't mind. |
It isn't unrealistic advice. If he makes up his mind to save, he can keep aside 10k every month. In a year, that is 120,000 which is enough to invest in a small business. No one expects you to save in ONE month and start investing. That is foolishness. For example, I started a savings account for each of my children. I opened with account with 1000. Now, every month when salary is paid, my bank executes the standing instruction of 10,000 for each child. Anytime anyone gives my kids money, I transfer it to their account immediately. Each child currently has close to 200k and I don't see a reason to stop. The secret is STARTING. And that is the TOUGHEST part. eye2sabi: |
Open an investment account, then set up a standing instruction at your bank. Set it to when you usually get paid. You only spend money in hand. I currently do this. For me, my wife and kids. It is best to ensure that is a little bit difficult to access the money to spend. There is something I did once when I wanted to save some money. I joined an ajoo (informal cooperative) and deposited my collection in the bank. The huge amount encouraged me to keep adding to it. If you want to start a special savings account with little money, you will be tempted to use and procrastinate. Get someone in your office who understands savings and investments. Pair up with the person and encourage each other. |
ceejay80s:you can fill up the tank of a car without driving it. a hard disk, on the other hand, that is FULLY loaded is like a "NEW" with over 200,000 miles on its Odometer. I currently have a 2TB HDD. I need another as a backup and would prefer it has never been "loaded". |
It is NEW yet it is FULLY loaded. That isn't "NEW" anymore.... Also, how much? And also, what are those "contents"? |
Impressive machine. How expensive is it? |
dhtml18:https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs the ISO option is here. I don't know why Microsoft keeps making it difficult to find. Even with the ISO (which is over 7gb), you will still need a strong internet connection for 3rd party items. |
GregJo:but there are a lot more features in Visual Studio absent in VS Code. My advice is, get the latest ISO and a fast internet. A powerful machine helps too... |
topsey01:how much? pictures? |
@tim2will I might need a macbook pro very soon |
cbrass:for the benefit of future googlers, please post the solution here. my guess is that is was an internet connection issue, since the installer needs to download those third party tools during installation |
10,000? |
@op, how about a link to the site. let us see what troubles you face |
goodfornothing:you sound like you've just been jilted and you're taking your anger out on all men. have you stopped to think that you might have been at fault and the cause of break up? you place a lot of emphasis on marriage. you sound desperate to get married. putting the cart before the horse? |
bfire:Actually, I think it's called Van Wagon. Edit: There is a Volkswagen Vanagon. Was referring to the Ford Van Wagon |
You made it sound like the words are based on the ignorance of the Kazeems whereas they have simply evolved their internal industry language much like every other profession. Walk into Ladipo market with your pristine English and get scammed because you'll be identified as a JJC. Simple. |
Hmmm..... I grew up in Bariga. Moved to Iyana Ipaja for 2 years and been in Agege for the past 5. Yet, I have only encountered one incident of violence (Area boys vs police circa 98/99). Thieves and hoodlums are everywhere even in the highbrow areas. |
Can't reach your number. I need to know if you can still make it to Alausa today. sinebaba: |
But he didn't trek for Buhari. He trekked because a lost a bet. #bullshit |
Nexus 5, 30k. Can you bring to Alausa thursday? also pictures? sinebaba: |
If you can, avoid Nigerian used for one reason "our maintenance culture is bad". Owners delay servicing because of lack of funds. Mechanics just patching vehicles as long as it just works. Our roads don't smile. A vehicle may look all clean and shiny, but underneath...... it is a trap. |
