Davido apologises to a young lady who criticised his political views after he responded by body shaming her. The young lady also a Nigerian who goes by the Name Lolo called the singer out over his political involvement said Davido ‘sold his soul to a political party’.

British MPs announced changes to legislation yesterday, 23 January. This means students will be able to choose to study an accelerated two-year degree for higher tuition fees, as opposed to a traditional three-year course.

From September 2019, undergrads will have the option of a shorter degree and £11,000 per year tuition fees, compared to three year degrees for £9,250 per year. The number of African children suffering abuse in connection with religious beliefs such as voodoo and witchcraft has risen by 11% in the last year, figures shared with HuffPost UK reveal.

There were 1,630 potential abuse cases in 2017-2018 linked to witchcraft and demonic possession beliefs in England, up from 1,460 in 2016, described as a “frightening rise” by experts.

Nigerian Radio personality, Daddy Freeze visited Linda Ikeji at her Banana island home. The two media gurus went for a test drive in Linda’s son, Jayce’s new car, a Bentley Mulsanne and it was an interesting drive.

“The average Nigerian Christian does NOT worship God, they worship their pastors, Daddy/Mummy GO/Prophet, Bishop or Evangelist”. Said popular Nigerian writer, Nekchi Bianze. This comes after pictures and videos of Christians kneeling and bowing to their pastors started circulating the internet this past month.

“The average Nigerian Christian does NOT interpret the Bible on their own. They wait for their pastors and GOs to interpret it for them. For instance, if a verse of the Bible says “Eat and merry to the Glory of God” and their daddy GO tells them that it means “Bring all your money to me”, then that verse means that they should bring all their wealth to daddy GO. Any other interpretation of that verse is ignorant and not inspired by the holy spirit. That’s why different churches can have different interpretations for same verse of the Bible. It is what the pastor or GO says that the church members go with.
