1. We pay you a commission of 3 percent of the portacabin or steel building sale price when you refer a customer to us (level 1 commission)

2. We pay you a commission of 1 percent of the portacabin or steel building sale price when a distributor referred by you refers a customer to us (level 2 commission)

3. We pay you a level 3 commission of 0.5 percent of the sale price

4. We pay you a level 4 commission of 0.5 percent of the sale price

In summary . . .

Level 1 commission = 3% of product sale price

Level 2 commission = 1% of product sale price

Level 3 commission = 0.5% of product sale price

Level 4 commission = 0.5% of product sale price
Is The Commission Not Too Small?

You may wonder, "isn't 3% commission too small?"

The answer is no.

Why no?

It's because portable cabins and other steel buildings tend to be expensive. And so, 3% of the sale price can run into millions of Naira.

For example, a portacabin can be as expensive as 1.5 million, 2.5 million, and 3.5 million Naira . . . and even more . . . depending on the size.

When you refer a customer who purchase a portable cabin or metal building worth 3.5 million Naira, you get 3% of that amount as commission.

3% of 3.5 million Naira is =N=105,000 commission per unit.

If the customer is a corporate client who need several portable cabins, you could walk away from that single transaction with 500,000 Naira, 1 million Naira, or more.

Suppose you refer a customer to us who wants to build an estate made up entirely of manufactured homes, steel houses or steel buildings.

Suppose the total cost of the project is =N=500 million Naira.

Your commission will be 3% of 500 million Naira or 15 million Naira (from that single transaction).
