I want to make clarification on the Egypt Air one way ticket arguments.

I was at the Lagos international airport yesterday and met with the staffs of Egypt air to ask for documents to present to enable them lift passengers.

Me: Good afternoon ma

Answer: Good afternoon sir

Me: Please i booked a one way ticket to fly on the 5th of September, me and my wife on a dependant and student visa. Want to ask for documents to present at the airport to enable Egypt Air lift us

Answer: Just come with your printed copy of CAS, printed copy of itenary and international passport

Me: It's a one way ticket we both booked ma, hope I would be lifted?

Answer: Yes sure, for students and all dependants

Me: Thank you ma.

Then I left, so one way ticket is allowed for students and dependants.

Hello @Duchess90 and other good people in the house following my story.

I have got news/ Update.

So I replied with my details explaining that I am the MA not my wife.

On Monday the interview team called, but he was 35 minutes late though and apologised.

The interview started and he was asking my wife why did she choose uk for study destination.

My wife told him that she is my dependent partner and not the main applicant. He screamed and apologised again. He went off to verify and got back after 15 minutes.

He explained that it was actually an error that what they wanted to do, was to send to me and my wife same time so we both will be in the interview concurrently.

So he told us that they wanted to ascertain the genuineness of our marriage and nothing more. This came when I told him I have my visa already as the MA.

He acknowledged that yes MA first and dependents will be next.

So that he will reschedule the interview to include both of us.

We were on our way today and email dropped, it was from shielfield student interview.

Date is tomorrow by 4:30PM.

please any idea about the student intrrview questions likely to come out?

Any help would be appreciated.

I was told yellow card is important to be done most especially on Egypt Air. That if not done or fake, you could be turned back at cairo airport.

Please clarify how true is this.

You won't have issues, just that you could have a long hrs stop over in cairo but doesn't require transit visa.

Although the one i got had just one stop which is
cairo (no transit visa required) but like 10hrs stop over and i dont mind. Next straight to heathrow, from there i connect through train to Cardiff

You won't see any thing cheap checking yourself onkine.

Another thing is due to this Niger blocking there Airways has made the price gone up and if other 3 ecowas also join, flight will get to 4m per head anytime soon.

Dont worry.

Book your airline tickets fast and make sure it is confirmed.

Good news on how to get cheap flight.

Walk in and visit the airport agents who are registered but plan next month will be departure date

Trust me you gonna get a good deal.

I just did and got 1.6 for me and my partner for 5th of September and i have made sure it has been confirmed

I have checked flights from cotounu, the prices are fair but the conditions seemed hectic.

I need clarification.

Who got visa recently?

The visa me and my wife got was just a page of passport stamped having the uk entry clearance, and enclosed inside a small gray colour strap bag.

Thought other packaged document should come with it.

Although we got a BRP mail advise.

Just want to know if others are the same.
