sureteeboy:
I don't have any contribution to make on this topic so Let me teach
you guys how to boil an egg.

Put the egg in a pan of cold water: Place the cold egg in a saucepan and fill with cold water, covering the eggs by an inch.

2. Bring the water to a rolling boil: Set the pan over high heat and bring the water to a boil, uncovered. The water should come to a full, rolling boil.

3. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. As soon as the water comes to a boil, remove the pan from heat and cover the pan. Don't forget about the pan on the stove and let the eggs boil for too long or they will over cook!

4. Set your timer for the desired time: Leave the eggs in the covered pan for the right amount of time. How long? Depends on whether you want soft-boiled or hard-boiled eggs. Here's how long each will take:
• For runny soft-boiled eggs (barely set whites): 3 minutes
• For slightly runny soft-boiled eggs: 4 minutes
• For custardy yet firm soft-boiled eggs: 6 minutes
• For firm yet still creamy hard-boiled eggs: 10 minutes
• For very firm hard-boiled eggs: 15 minutes
5. Tap the cooked eggs gently. After your selected time is up, remove the
cooked eggs from the pan with a slotted spoon and tap each gently on the
countertop to crack the shell in a few places.
6. Place the eggs in a bowl of ice water. Fill a bowl with ice water. Transfer the eggs to the bowl and leave them there for at least 1 minute.
7. Peel and eat! When ready to eat, peel the egg and enjoy.
PoliticsRe: Buhari First Blunder Why I Oppose Relocation Of Military Command-ifeduba by afuye(m): 7:16am On May 30, 2015
The military command has been moved yet u r coming out with wrong calculations. You have neither military training nor background. The man is retired major General of the Nigeria army who fought extensively inside and outside Nigeria. Let us give a benefit of the doubt.
Sincere4u:
it bears repeating that Boko Haram war isn't a conventional one. Terrorism is hard to deal with specally where it's internal. Couple of suicide bombings of the central command can throw the entire military in disarray.
Personal i believe the decision is more political than from sound military decision.
PoliticsRe: Buhari First Blunder Why I Oppose Relocation Of Military Command-ifeduba by afuye(m): 8:43pm On May 29, 2015
I will advise you to sit down and watch how baba will tackle insurgency in the next three months... grin
holyfather:
you should start by telling us who and who we have at the central military command and how moving them to sambisa forest or wherever would enhance their operations...until you are able to come up with something reasonable, please shut that trap.

i see all these as mere political showmanship with little or no relevance to the situation on ground.and to think that a general made that decision is laughable.
i guess nigerians are in for a long thing here.
PoliticsRe: Buhari First Blunder Why I Oppose Relocation Of Military Command-ifeduba by afuye(m):
The writer, ifedubatoochukw, is a complete mumu . You are a disappointment to Anambra state. I feel like slapping u in the face!
Your write up is a complete rubbish devoid of logic which you copied from Wikipedia and pasted here.

I believe the war can be won if the potbelly ogas are closer to the battle line rather than share the largeses of loot and wait for their monthly salaries while the lower cadre soldiers are killed in the war.

PoliticsSupreme Court Upholds Aregbesola’s Victory by afuye(op): 12:43pm On May 27, 2015
The Supreme Court, Wednesday morning dismissed the appeal brought before it by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate in the August 9, 2014 governorship election in Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, challenging the election of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Delivering judgment on the case, Justice John Fabiyi, who led a seven-man panel of the court, upheld the judgments of the Court of Appeal in Akure‎ and the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal. The Appeal court and the election tribunal had both affirmed Aregbesola’s victory.

In the lead judgment read by Justice C.C Nweze, six of the seven issues brought before the court were resolved in favour of the Osun governor while one was against him.

He said all the justices thereafter unanimously decided that the appeal lacked merit and was bound to be dismissed.

According to PDP 'mofos', Buhari disgraced Nigeria for standing alone in front o 10 Downing Street; I guess we can say that the Queen also disgraced the United Kingdom; Obama must have disgraced the United States for standing alone or 'being stood up' in front of 10 Downing Street. Of course Ghandhi must have let India down for standing alone in front of the British Prime Minister's Office. When you have few idiots manning position of leadership, you have people like Olisa Metuh, Ayo Fayose, Fani Kayode and their ilks flouting our public space with irrelevant distractions. Unfortunately there are some majority who will fall for the distractions.
PoliticsJonathan Submits Confab Report To Senate by afuye(op): 12:12pm On May 27, 2015
President Goodluck Jonathan, Wednesday, forwarded the report of the National Conference, Confab, to the Senate for consideration and necessary legislative actions.

Jonathan in the letter transmitting the report of National Conference reminded the Senate that while setting up the Confab committee, part of the terms of reference to the committee was to discuss any issue about Nigeria with particular emphasis on finding lasting solution the unity of the country.

He also said that the committee was barred from discussing any issue that would lead to the disintegration of the country.
The committee was further mandated to recognise the need to move the country forward and also suggest the constitutional arrangement considered the best for Nigeria.
